We have observed that far too many diabetic patients get fed up and exhausted and decide to take a break from the managing their condition.

They stop their medication. They eat whatever is available. And pretend for weeks and months that they do not have diabetes. Some of them switch to herbal medicine which are often ineffective and do more harm to the body.

Unfortunately, Diabetes does not take holidays. For every day that your blood sugar readings stay above normal, damage is been done in the body - which ultimately leads to complications.
