This are some of the work we don't get to post often on the gram.

The heavy lifting
The work
The heat đŸ”„
The mixing

These are some of what we do behind the scenes to bring the mufab yogurt to your table.

Thank you for watching.

We made this bowl using our unsweetened Greek yogurt, baked coconut flakes, strawberries and mango sweetened with honey.

You can see the kids enjoyed every bit of it.

Sometimes, the best review isn’t written,it’s repeated.

A customer reached out for 10L of our Creamy Yogurt. I explained that our regular delivery to his area runs between 2–5pm because we pair orders to keep delivery affordable for everyone.

He asked if the yogurt wasn’t available yet and if we were buying time to make more.

Of course not. 😄
The yogurt was ready, it’s just how we structure delivery for our customers’ benefit, since he needed it earlier, we sent it through a delivery app.

Before the rider even left, he increased the order to 20L.

A few days later, a message came in from him and he ordered another 20L Creamy Yogurt and honestly, moments like this remind us of something simple:
Satisfied customers don’t always leave reviews; they come back for more.

Thank you for trusting our yogurt to show up on your table again and again.

Introducing our yogurt brand, MUFAB YOGURT.

During our NAFDAC registration process, we learned that a trademark is mandatory. Unfortunately, we couldn’t trademark Creamy Bites Yogurt because the word “Creamy” is considered generic. Even though Creamy Bites is fully registered with CAC, we were advised to choose a different brand name for our yogurt.

The name search wasn’t easy at all. After several trials, I decided to coin a name from my children’s names and that’s how MUFAB was born.

So today, Creamy Bites remains our company name, while MUFAB YOGURT is our official product brand.

We redesigned the stickers to reflect the new name, our yogurts still have the same great taste and texture so be rest assured you’re getting the same quality.

Mufab yogurts is produced by Creamy bites.

“Our Granola hasn’t arrived.”
That was the message I received three days after sending 40kg of granola to Kano and my heart nearly skipped a beat.

I had sent it through the usual transport park, so hearing that made my mind race. My first thought was, How will I refund an order this big if something has happened to it?

I rushed to the park immediately, only to discover another challenge: the driver only spoke Hausa, while I spoke Yoruba and English. We could barely understand each other. Eventually, he gave me the number of the storekeeper in Kano but he didn’t understand English either.

After several attempts and a lot of back-and-forth, I finally found someone who could translate for us.
That was when we discovered the truth: the package had arrived a day earlier, but the customer hadn’t picked up the calls from the park.

Running a food business isn’t just about making good products. There are many unseen layers like logistics, communication barriers, trust, and problem solving that happen behind the scenes.

So when your orders arrive smoothly, just know a lot of effort goes into making sure they do.

Have you experienced something similar?

If your yogurt to maintain it's texture and consistency, make sure the cold chain isn't broken.

Keeping refrigerated always is one effective way to make yogurt safe and healthy to consume.

A satisfied customer is the best ambassador a business can have. đŸ€

Mrs. Smith tasted our yogurt and granola, she loved it so much she introduced it to her colleagues. One of them, Mr. Smart, became a regular customer and later introduced our granola to a company in Kano.

They first ordered 25kg in October.
Then it grew to 30kg and now 40kg.

This is what happens when people genuinely love what they buy, they share it.

Thank you for trusting us, buying from us, and telling others about us. Your referrals mean everything to our small business. 🙏
