What are you thankful for, my friend?

It's the end of the year already. For many, it is a time to recount lost opportunities, regret wrong choices, and basically beat themselves over things they cannot change.

But my friend, while it is true that the year has been generally tough for everyone, we must have the courage to count the many blessings too!

There's so much to be thankful for. Just take the break, pick up the notepad and biro, and count all your blessings. It is in the spirit of gratitude that we get more. Gratitude for 2025 despite the challenges could just make 2026 a truly bright one.

So I ask again,

What are you thankful for, my friend?

I'm personally thankful for the gift of life, family, the incredible team at ALPS Hospitals , Alpshospitals Abuja and YOU!

You have been a major highlight of 2025, and I look forward to a great ride with you in the coming year and beyond.
