When love meets genetics, difficult questions often follow, but silence and fear shouldn’t.

This Friday, I’ll be having an open and honest conversation on AS + AS, addressing the options available, the ethical concerns many couples wrestle with, and the medical solutions that now make healthy parenthood possible.

This session is for couples, families, and anyone seeking clarity, without judgment, pressure, or misinformation.

One thing years in fertility medicine has taught me is this: guessing delays hope.

Many couples come in carrying fear, guilt, or pressure, when what they truly need is clarity.

Fertility is never one-size-fits-all. Hormones, egg quality, s***m health, the uterus, timing; every detail matters, and every person deserves an evaluation that respects their uniqueness.

I’ve seen what happens when we stop assuming and start assessing properly. The path becomes clearer. Decisions become wiser. Hope becomes practical.

This February, my reminder is simple: the right answers change everything. And they begin with the right questions.

So if you’re unsure where to start, start with understanding.

Genotype Compatibility: Why Love Alone Is Not Enough

Love brings people together, but when it comes to building a family, knowledge protects the future. Many couples only discover genotype incompatibility after marriage, when emotions are deep and choices become harder.

Join us this Wednesday for an important live session with Dr. Jane as we discuss why genotype matters, how incompatibility affects children, and what every couple should know before taking the next step.

This conversation could save a family from lifelong pain.

Come and learn. Come and prepare. Come and protect your future.

Many fertility challenges don’t start with the eggs or s***m, they start with the womb.

In this video, I talk about endometrial rejuvenation: what it is, how it’s done, and why it matters for women who struggle with implantation or repeated IVF failures.
Sometimes, the issue is not first creating an embryo… it’s helping the uterus become a healthy place to receive it.

This is one of the ways modern fertility care restores hope where the lining of the womb has been damaged or weakened.
Treatment begins with proper assessment, not assumptions.

If you’ve been told “everything looks fine” but pregnancy still is not happening, this conversation may be for you.

February is here, and with it comes another chance to hope boldly and move forward with purpose.

Every new month reminds me that life is full of fresh starts — in health, in dreams, and in the journeys we walk with others.

This month, I’m wishing you strength for what lies ahead, peace in your heart, and courage to keep believing in what’s possible.

May February bring you clarity, growth, and reasons to smile.

Happy New Month!

Semen count is important, but it’s not the whole story.

This Wednesday, I’ll be discussing male fertility beyond semen analysis, shedding light on the factors many couples are unaware of, and how proper evaluation can change outcomes.

Fertility challenges are not a punishment, a failure, or anyone’s fault.

Too often, couples carry guilt, blame, or silence, when what’s truly needed is understanding and support.

Fertility issues can affect anyone, and they are medical conditions that deserve proper care, not judgment.

Seeking help is not weakness, it’s wisdom.

I am here for you: to listen and help.

The endometrium plays a crucial role in implantation and a successful pregnancy. When its environment is affected — by infections, scarring, hormonal imbalance, or repeated procedures — implantation can become difficult.

Understanding what affects the endometrium is often the first step toward improving outcomes.

In such cases, targeted treatments such as endometrial rejuvenation may be considered to restore receptivity.

Good fertility care starts with understanding the foundation.

Reproductive medicine chose me as much as I chose it.

At the heart of it are people, hope, and timing, and the privilege of walking with individuals and couples through some of the most personal decisions of their lives.

Every story is different. Every journey deserves clarity, compassion, and the right care.
This is why I do what I do.

A great display of one of the many sacrifices many couples worldwide make every day when going through a fertility treatment.

Thibaud's decision exemplifies what supportive partners do: prioritizing his wife and their dreams for a family first, while having the courage to publicly share their story.

On behalf of myself and Africa's most advanced fertility hospital, ALPS Hospitals ,we join in wishing them a successful cycle 💪❤️🙏

Thibaud Flament will miss France's Six Nations opener against Ireland because it clashes with his wife's fertility treatment. 🏉
