Barkanmu Jama’a, watan Ramadan yana matsowa kusa Allah yasa ayi damu cikin koshin lafiya Amin.
Zamu fara “RAMADAN TIPS” wato “SHAWARWARI A WATAN RAMADAN”, A yadda jama’a zasu gane abubuwan daya kamata suci, da masu lafiya da marasa lafiya kaman masu hawan jini, ciwon siga da gyanbon ciki wato ulcer. Amma Bara mu fara da yadda aka rarraba abinci.
“SHAWARWARI A WATAN RAMADAN 1”
CARBOHYDRATES: carbohydrates: abinci ne wanda ke sakin kuzari a hankali a duk tsawon yini, yayin da suke ɗaukar tsayin daka don narkewa da shiga cikin jininmu. Wannan yana taimaka mana mu ci gaba da aiki a cikin yini. Wadannan sun hada da dankali, alkama, shinkafa, couscous, hatsi, 'ya'yan itatuwa, da kayan lambu masu yawa. Sannan saboda suna ɗauke da adadin fiber ma suna saka mutum Yayi bahaya ba tare da wata matsala ba. Wadannan abinci sune mabuɗin ginshiƙi ga daidaiton abinci.
