Although we are in pharmaceutical business to make some profits, we strictly abide by the various ethics of the business, including conducive storage facilities, limiting exposure to strong illumination, etc.
We have invested in the enabling infrastructure as prescribed by the regulatory agencies bcs we prioritise quality and efficacy of our goods and the consequent effects on human lives above any other consideration.
We are equally aware that some of our customers might come without adequate financial capacity vis a vis their needs, so for this category, we grant waivers, credit facilities, or both to augment their capacity.
These we we take into consideration bcs of the critical role of these products in the life of the individual consumer.
