People in sales, please start working with a DAILY SALES TARGET, instead of a MONTHLY one.
When you begin your day with a realistic daily target, you would wake up taking action, doing things that would help you achieve it.
Break your targets into smaller bits daily and you would be amazed at how much sales you would do in a month.
A big figure monthly might be scary and if you do not achieve half of it by mid month, you would feel disappointed and your momentum would drop. So I encourage you to break it down to bits "daily targets"
Most important, take ACTION to achieve it.
