If you have Diabetes, or your Sugar level is usually High, do watch your diet.
Instead of buying the local, but white bread without sugar content, Instead of eating processed or canned meats, eat dried meats instead.
Avoid Ice cream, yoghurt or foods with sugar content. Exercise more, eat more fruits and consume strawberry to help balance the sugar level in your blood.

WHAT ACTUALLY CAUSES STOMACH ULCERS?

When you eat, the food goes inside the stomach and then gastric juice acts on it breaking down the food!
So, there's the small intestine called the Duodenum and this duodenum has a protective lining protecting it from the gastric juice.
But sometimes the protective lining on the duodenum gets eroded and then the gastric juice starts eating that part and causes open sore on parts of the stomach. So when the gastric juice keeps washing into the duodenum, it keeps eating parts of the Stomach producing open sores and can even lead to internal bleeding.
So, the drugs you take to calm it down actually helps to calm down the gastric acid and fill those open sores inside the Stomach.
So yeah, ulcer isn't actually caused when you don't each on time(it's actually one of the causes sha) but instead it's this acid eating up the stomach producing open sores and not worms; also long term use of some anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen, aspirin e.t.c have been known to cause stomach ulcers.
