CHECK THE COLOUR:
π― Brown: Normal, due to bile from the liver.
π― Green: Food moving too quickly through the intestines (diarrhea) or eating green foods.
π― Yellow: Excess fat, possibly from malabsorption disorders like celiac disease.
π― Black: Potential upper gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding or from certain foods/supplements.
π― Red: Possible lower GI bleeding, hemorrhoids, or diverticulitis.
π― White/clay-colored: Could indicate a bile duct obstruction.
π― Hard lumps: Often indicate constipation.
π― Sausage-shaped, smooth, soft): Generally normal
π― Soft blobs, fluffy pieces, watery: Can indicate diarrhea or an infection
SHAPE
