This is a MENTAL OPTIMIZATION AND PRODUCTIVITY PROGRAM by TERAPO OFFICE delivered by for the staff of and it’s a long run partnership project to redefine their place in the Beauty & Wellness Industry.
Session Title:
Boosting Productivity and Well-Being for Salon Professionals
- The Session was tailored to improve customer relation, redefine staff’s sense of self identity and connection with clients
- The session opened the staff to the understanding of their roles in the wellness industry and as Beauty and Wellness Specialists, they play a key role in the self-care routines of their clients.
- Opening the staff to the fact that they’re providing more than beauty; they’re also offering relaxation and mental relief.
- And to the fact that their role is essential in boosting their clients’ self-esteem and well-being.
