The adventures I have had in this cake-making business ehn! Are enough to write a book
Today, it was one mama alabaru that had to mount the cake on her head to forge through the busy Oke Arin market 🤣🤣🤣

Thank God the reps from my corporate client met with me at the park to do the delivery to their distributor
I doubt that I would have had the mind to put my hours of hardwork on somebody's head

I always marvel at how strong those Alabaru are, even the frail looking older ones

A tall well- built driver from the office exclaimed when he hefted the cake, he couldn't carry it.
When he first suggested using Alabaru to his boss, I vehemently refused
It turned out to be the best way because the distance the cake had to travel was long.

This was us trudging through the streets of Oke Arin to the shouts of

"na cake be that?"

"Ah! Na cake oh, Dano cake!"

When I accepted this job from one of my corporate clients, I thought it was just going to be a simple 3 tier cake
Until they sent specifics about what they wanted
My weekend was already full, as we had a conference in church
That left my nights only
We delivered this yesterday and I was finally able to sleep last night

She was massive, almost 20 inches tall

Biko ignore the background, I never got round to doing proper pics and videos

They loved it! 😍 💃💃💃

So I realised I haven't done any promos in a while, none this year, except for Val packages

We have to run some before December
I'll be doing different promos in October and November

Pastry promo will run from tomorrow (Thursday evening to 11.59pm Sunday night)
Deliveries will start Tuesday next week
