You start explaining your symptoms…

But this time, you’re not rushing.

The fatigue.
The painful cycles.
The hormonal shifts you’ve been quietly managing.

And instead of hearing
“It’s normal”
or
“It’s probably stress”

She listens.
She asks the right questions.

You feel heard.

And you’re having this conversation from your own space.

Just you and a licensed female doctor virtually, through Débbo.

This is what modern care for women can feel like.

Would you feel more comfortable opening up to a female doctor online? 🤍👇🏽

Tired of long hospital waits for short conversations.
Tired of explaining their bodies and still not feeling understood.

MyDebbo is coming to change that.

A place where you can speak to a doctor without leaving your home.
Where access doesn’t take weeks.
Where your busy schedule isn’t a barrier to care.
And where you can choose to speak with female doctors who listen and get it.

No queues.
No rushing.
No feeling small for asking questions.

Just care that fits into real life — and finally puts women first.

This is MyDebbo.
And it’s coming soon 🤍

Your cycle responds to what you eat especially before your period.

Certain foods can increase inflammation, bloating, and energy crashes during PMS.

This video highlights 3 common culprits many women overlook.

No extremes.
No food shaming.
Just awareness so your body works with you, not against you.

💬 Comment “PMS” if you want simple, realistic food swaps that actually help.

Most women who are diagnosed with cervical cancer didn’t feel “sick” at first.
No pain. No warning signs. Just life going on as usual.

That’s the part we don’t talk about enough.

Cervical cancer doesn’t usually announce itself
but screening finds it early, long before it becomes dangerous.

If you’ve ever postponed a Pap smear, avoided the conversation, or assumed “I’ll do it later you’re not alone. But later can be risky.

This isn’t about fear.
It’s about giving yourself the chance to catch what you can’t feel yet.

If you’re eligible, consider booking a cervical screening or speaking to a doctor about HPV testing and vaccination.

Your future self will thank you 🤍

What feels hardest about cervical screening?

09/01/2026

POV: This is what a solid wellness checklist looks like for women starting 2026.

Preventive care isn’t about waiting until something feels wrong.
It’s about understanding your body early, spotting changes on time, and making informed health decisions with clarity.

These essential screenings help create that foundation:
• Hormonal profile test — to understand energy, mood, cycles, and overall balance
• Cervical screening — for early detection and long-term reproductive health
• Breast scan — to monitor changes and support early intervention
• Abdominal & pelvic scan — to assess reproductive and pelvic health
• STI screening — because sexual health is part of total wellness

This is how women are choosing to stay ahead in 2026 not reacting to symptoms, but prioritising knowledge, prevention, and peace of mind.
Wellness is no longer guesswork. It’s proactive. 🤍

What if care didn’t require rearranging your entire life?

What if you could speak to a doctor from the place you feel safest .
without judgement, pressure, or unnecessary stress?

That’s what dreaming of better care looks like.
