Heavenly Father,
In this sacred season of Lent,
we come with fasting, repentance, and surrender—
seeking mercy in a world shaking before our eyes.
Lord, we lift up the nations—
Iran, Israel, and America—
where tensions rise, missiles fly, and interceptors defend the skies.
You are the God above every war, every strategy, every power.
Father, in a time where missiles are launched and intercepted,
where fear spreads faster than truth,
be our shield and our refuge.
As crude oil prices surge and the global economy trembles,
as the dollar fluctuates and families feel the pressure of rising costs,
be our Provider in uncertain times.
You are not controlled by markets, inflation, or recession.
Lord, in the midst of geopolitical conflict and economic instability,
we cry out for peace over war,
wisdom over politics,
and unity over division.
During this Lenten fast,
strip away our dependence on worldly systems—
teach us to depend fully on You.
Where there is anxiety about the future—bring peace.
Where there is financial strain—bring provision.
Where there is war—release divine intervention.
Jesus, as You walked toward the cross,
help us walk away from sin, distraction, and fear.
Let this Lent be more than tradition—
let it be transformation.
Holy Spirit, awaken the world.
Let revival rise even in the middle of crisis.
Let hope rise where headlines speak fear.
We pray for leaders, for soldiers, for civilians—
for every life caught in the tension of this moment.
Protect the innocent.
Restrain destruction.
Let Your mercy prevail over judgment.
Father, even when nations shake,
You remain unshaken.
We declare:
No war will steal our faith.
No economy will shake our trust.
No headline will silence our hope.
We surrender all—
our fears, our future, our lives.
