SIGNS YOUR BODY IS ABOUT TO RELEASE AN EGG (OVULATION) đź’›

Ovulation is the moment your o***y releases an egg — and for many women, the body actually gives subtle hints that it’s happening.

Here’s what you might notice:

✨ Mild lower tummy discomfort
Some women feel a slight one-sided ache in the lower abdomen. This is sometimes called ovulation pain. It’s usually mild and doesn’t last long.

✨ Changes in vaginal discharge
As you approach ovulation, your cervical mucus changes. During your fertile window, it becomes:

Clear

Slippery

Stretchy

Similar to raw egg white

This type of mucus helps s***m move easily.

✨ A slight rise in body temperature
After ovulation, your resting (basal) body temperature increases slightly. If you check your temperature every morning before getting out of bed, you’ll notice this small shift. It confirms ovulation has already happened.

✨ Positive ovulation predictor test
Ovulation kits detect a hormone surge (LH surge) that happens shortly before the egg is released. A positive result means ovulation is likely within the next 24–36 hours.

đź’ˇ Important to know:
Having a regular monthly period doesn’t always mean you are ovulating properly. Some women bleed every month but don’t release an egg consistently.

If your cycles are very irregular, extremely unpredictable, or you never notice signs of ovulation, it’s worth speaking with a healthcare professional for proper evaluation.

Your body whispers before it shouts. Learning these signs helps you understand your fertility and reproductive health better.

ENDOMETRIOSIS đź’ť

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows in places it shouldn’t — such as the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or other areas in the pelvis.

Here’s what that can mean:

âś… Intense menstrual pain
This isn’t just “normal cramps.” The pain can be severe, persistent, and sometimes disabling.

âś… Pain during intimacy
Some women experience deep pelvic pain during or after in*******se.

âś… Difficulty getting pregnant
Endometriosis can affect fertility by interfering with egg quality, disrupting normal ovarian function, or causing inflammation and scarring within the pelvis.

Because the condition can silently progress, early recognition matters. The sooner it’s diagnosed and managed, the better the chances of reducing pain and protecting fertility.

Severe period pain is not something you should simply endure. If your monthly cycle feels unbearable or interferes with your daily life, it’s important to speak with a healthcare provider.

You deserve answers.
You deserve relief.
And you deserve a body that doesn’t feel like a battlefield every month. 💛
