HOW TO BOOST YOUR FERTILITY

When you’re ready to take the plunge into parenthood, there’s no way to predict exactly how soon you’ll see a positive pregnancy test.
If you’re in pretty good health, and having regular s*x without birth control, you should expect to conceive in your first year of trying. In general, about half of couples will get pregnant within 6 months, and about 70%-80% will get pregnant within 1 year.

But you and your partner can boost your odds of being parents-to-be by knowing the dos and don’ts of fertility. Set yourself up for success with these guidelines.

Him: Keep Tabs on Your Health

Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve gone in for a checkup. Many men, especially younger ones, still feel kind of invincible, and don’t routinely go to the doctor. But there’s a big connection between your overall health and your reproductive health, so making time for a quick health check can go a long way for your fertility.

Good diet, regular exercise, a healthy body weight, better sleep patterns, less stress -- all those things have been correlated with semen quality. Your doctor can help you make any changes you might need to be your healthiest self, as well as address any issues that might be a barrier to baby-making.

Her: Learn How to Read the Signs

All pregnancies start when egg meets s***m. So they need to be in the same place at the same time. To help that happen, you can keep track of when your ovaries release an egg, called ovulation, and have s*x during that time frame.

If your cycle is regular (with periods coming 26 to 32 days apart), that may just mean having s*x on days 8-19 after your period. If you have irregular periods, you may not be able to rely on the calendar alone to know when you’re ovulating. However, there are other ways your body tells you it’s go-time.

To start, take note of your daily discharge. Cervical mucus increases and becomes very thin, stretchy, and clear as you approach ovulation. Watch for a consistency like egg whites.
You can also track your basal body temperature (BBT), which is your body’s temperature when it’s fully at rest. A rise of 0.6 degrees or more for over 10 days is a sign that you’ve ovulated. But your most fertile time is 2-3 days before that boost. When you track it for a few months, you’ll get an idea of when you might ovulate on your next cycle.
For a more precise measure of those pre-ovulation days, you can buy an ovulation predictor kit from the drugstore. It tests your urine for hormone levels that spike a few days before ovulation.

Both: Have the Right Amount of S*x

Once you’ve got a handle on your fertile window, set a good schedule for s*x. It is recommend couples have s*x about every other day from a few days prior to ovulation until a few days after. Doing it more often doesn’t hurt your odds, she adds, but there are some studies that show it may lower a man's s***m count.
As for how you have s*x, that’s up to you. S***m are pretty fast swimmers, and after an act of in*******se, they can be in the tubes as soon as within 2 minutes.

Him: Watch Your Testicle Temperature

Love a hot soak in the bath? You may want to cool your jets on these habits while you’re trying to conceive.
The testicles are a few degrees cooler than the rest of the body, because that's a better temperature for s***m production, so anything that warms them up can potentially be an issue.
Studies have found that exposure to wet heat can lower your s***m count. And it takes your body 2-3 months to make new, mature s***m.
Another heat source to watch out for: laptops. They're less warm than they used to be, but they can raise the sc***um [temperature] about a degree, which is enough to impact s***m production in a pretty short time, sometimes in less than 15 minutes. Play it safe and do your computing on a table or desk.
And how about that age-old boxers vs. briefs debate? both are fine. It really doesn't matter that much, You should wear whatever's comfortable to you.

Her: Watch Your Weight

If you’re overweight, you’ll raise your chances of putting a bun in the oven if you slim down. Extra pounds make you more likely to have irregular menstrual cycles, or to not ovulate at all. Losing even a small percentage of body weight can increase fertility and decrease health risks during pregnancy.
Being too thin impacts fertility, too. Not only are you more likely to have irregular periods if you’re underweight, you’re also at risk for preterm birth once you do get pregnant, and your baby is more likely to be born at a low birth weight.

Both: Mind Your Medications

Before you get down to baby-making business, review your meds with your doctor to be sure they don’t affect your fertility -- or won’t cause harm to a future baby. For example, men who take testosterone may need to wean off.
Women should be cautious about testosterone, too, as well as any medications that treat thyroid issues, seizures, or psychiatric disorders, or those that have the hormones estrogen or progesterone, McLennan says.
Birth control pills use these hormones to prevent pregnancy. But if you’ve recently stopped taking them, there’s no need to fret about a post-pill waiting period. Your body should be ready to conceive right away, even if you took them for years. The length of time you used any form of birth control doesn’t affect your ability to get pregnant.
And if you’re not already taking folic acid, now’s the time to start. Taking a daily folic acid supplement not only helps prevent birth defects, it may increase fertility as well.

You haven't tried our fertility pack yet; why not give it a trial?

ENDOMETRIOSIS!!!

Endometriosis (en-doe-me-tree-O-sis) is an often painful disorder in which tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus.

Endometriosis most commonly involves your ovaries, fallopian tubes and the tissue lining your pelvis.

With endometriosis, displaced endometrial tissue continues to act as it normally would — it thickens, breaks down and bleeds with each menstrual cycle.

Because this displaced tissue has no way to exit your body, it becomes trapped. When endometriosis involves the ovaries, cysts called endometriomas may form.

Surrounding tissue can become irritated, eventually developing scar tissue and adhesions

Endometriosis can cause pain — sometimes severe — especially during your period. Fertility problems also may develop. Fortunately, effective treatments are available.

Symptoms,

The primary symptom of endometriosis is pelvic pain, often associated with your menstrual period.

Although many women experience cramping during their menstrual period, women with endometriosis typically describe menstrual pain that's far worse than usual. They also tend to report that the pain increases over time.

Common signs and symptoms of endometriosis may include:

Painful periods (dysmenorrhea).

Pelvic pain and cramping may begin before your period and extend several days into your period.

You may also have lower back and abdominal pain.

Pain with in*******se. Pain during or after s*x is common with endometriosis.

Pain with bowel movements or urination. You're most likely to experience these symptoms during your period.

Excessive bleeding. You may experience occasional heavy periods (menorrhagia) or bleeding between periods

Endometriosis is first diagnosed in some women who are seeking treatment for infertility.

You may also experience fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, bloating or nausea, especially during menstrual periods.

The severity of your pain isn't necessarily a reliable indicator of the extent of the condition. Some women with mild endometriosis have intense pain, while others with advanced endometriosis may have little pain or even no pain at all.

Endometriosis is sometimes mistaken for other conditions that can cause pelvic pain, such as pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or ovarian cysts.

When to see a doctor

See your doctor if you have signs and symptoms that may indicate endometriosis.

Causes

Although the exact cause of endometriosis is not certain, possible explanations include:

Retrograde menstruation.
In retrograde menstruation, menstrual blood containing endometrial cells flows back through the fallopian tubes and into the pelvic cavity instead of out of the body.

Embryonic cell transformation. Hormones such as estrogen may transform embryonic cells — cells in the earliest stages of development — into endometrial cell implants during puberty.
Surgical scar implantation. After a surgery, such as a hysterectomy or C-section, endometrial cells may attach to a surgical incision.

Endometrial cells transport. The blood vessels or tissue fluid (lymphatic) system may transport endometrial cells to other parts of the body.

Immune system disorder. It's possible that a problem with the immune system may make the body unable to recognize and destroy endometrial tissue that's growing outside the uterus.

Risk factors
Several factors place you at greater risk of developing endometriosis, such as:

Never giving birth
Starting your period at an early age
Going through menopause at an older age
Short menstrual cycles — for instance, less than 27 days
Having higher levels of estrogen in your body or a greater lifetime exposure to estrogen your body produces
Low body mass index
Alcohol consumption
One or more relatives (mother, aunt or sister) with endometriosis
Any medical condition that prevents the normal passage of menstrual flow out of the body
Uterine abnormalities
Endometriosis usually develops several years after the onset of menstruation (menarche).

Signs and symptoms of endometriosis end temporarily with pregnancy and end permanently with menopause, unless you're taking estrogen.

Complications

Infertility

The main complication of endometriosis is impaired fertility. Approximately one-third to one-half of women with endometriosis have difficulty getting pregnant.

For pregnancy to occur, an egg must be released from an o***y, travel through the neighboring fallopian tube, become fertilized by a s***m cell and attach itself to the uterine wall to begin development.

Endometriosis may obstruct the tube and keep the egg and s***m from uniting. But the condition also seems to affect fertility in less-direct ways, such as damage to the s***m or egg.

Even so, many women with mild to moderate endometriosis can still conceive and carry a pregnancy to term.

Doctors sometimes advise women with endometriosis not to delay having children because the condition may worsen with time.

Treatment of endometriosis??

Treatment depends on the severity, for some just natural painkillers will do while for others its surgery,

Pls do not take any medicine without prescription

Diet for Treating Endometriosis Naturally

As with almost every health condition, it is important to eat a healthy diet that is rich in nutrient-dense foods that are free of added hormones, pesticides, and herbicides.

Cutting out gluten has been shown to improve the pain associated with endometriosis in 75% of women, so that’s a great place to start!

Omitting inflammatory foods like processed foods, refined sugar, caffeine, and empty carbs will greatly reduce the severity of symptoms as well.

Focusing on eating whole grains, beans, legumes, and vegetables will help rebalance the gut flora responsible for helping the body metabolize estrogen.

Eat fresh fruit and vegetables that are high in indole-3-carbinol like apples, cherries, and cruciferous vegetable to help the liver detoxify excess estrogen.

Support liver health and detox by regularly consuming fresh beets, carrots, and dandelion greens.

Avoid non-organic red meat and dairy as they are often laced with hormones, antibiotics, and other toxins that will impair liver function and detox.

Avoid consuming excess sugar, alcohol, and caffeine to keep your body’s inflammatory response in balance.

Another way to manage endometriosis is through the use of castor oil massage which has been shown to help with inflammation as well as blood circulation to our reproductive organs

Serrapeptase

Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme found in the digestive tract of Japanese silkworms that can break down excess protein in the body like scar tissue.

It eats up adhesion and also acts on inflammation..

Following all this will help immensely in the treatment of endometriosis......

What Are The Most Common Fertility Problems For Men?

Many people incorrectly assume that infertility is caused by the female partner, but that is not always—or even often—the case. Between 40%-50% of cases of infertility are caused by the male partner, and although there are issues that both partners can experience that may prevent them from being able to conceive, men are usually the factor that leads to either its failure or success.
Keep in mind, roughly 12% of couples worldwide experience infertility, and although it may seem like a small amount, that percentage can increase if certain measures aren’t being put into action. More than anything, you want to give yourself the best possible chance at having a healthy pregnancy, and that starts with understanding the common fertility problems that men face and how to alleviate them.

👉👉What is Male Infertility?
To put it simply, male infertility represents a man’s failure to achieve pregnancy in a female partner. This can be caused by several factors—medical, physical, and lifestyle—but the main factor that causes the inability is a deficiency in semen and semen quality.

Ideally, a healthy male should exhibit a moderate s***m count with adequate motility through the semen. In addition, the s***m itself must exhibit a healthy flow through its various parts of the body, as well as produce an amount that promotes a healthy chance of insemination.
Examining and improving semen levels is the number one way to combat male infertility. However, to achieve healthier conditions, it’s important to know what signs and health risks can get in the way .

👉👉Symptoms of Male Infertility

Unfortunately, there may not be any noticeable red flags that indicate a fertility issue, but there are several things to look out for that can give way to a potential threat.
Other than the ability to not conceive a child, a man may experience a handful of other issues that can represent an underlying problem:

**Issues with S*xual Activity

This includes any issues with the ejaculatory process, producing small amounts of semen, having a low s*x drive, or having trouble maintaining an er****on.

**Testicular Problems

Painful lumps or swelling in the testicles can indicate a tumor or infection that prevents healthy activity.

**Health Issues or Hormonal Abnormalities

Frequent respiratory infections , a loss of smell , a loss of facial or body hair, and substantial hormonal changes have all been linked to cases of infertility in men.

It can be frustrating since there are no clear signs of infertility, but these examples can help create a foundation of where to start. In addition, there are some major medical and physical causes that directly contribute to male infertility, which can be addressed to provide answers.

**Medical and Physical Causes of Male Infertility

Along with having a low s***m count and poor s***m quality, there are many medical and physical conditions that can cause infertility in men. As mentioned above, signs of infection, ejaculatory issues, decreased s*x drive, tumors, and hormonal changes each can offer possible symptoms, but here are some other causes to consider that you may not be aware of:

**Undescended Testicles

When one or both testicles never descend into the sc***um. Men who experience this are less likely to exhibit healthy fertility levels.

**Varicocele

When swelling occurs in the veins that relieve the testicles.

**Various Infections

Infections within the passageways that s***m travels can cause inflammation, pain, and swelling to other parts of the ejaculatory system, which may cause infertility. Also, s*xually transmitted diseases—gonorrhea and HIV—have the potential to inflict testicular damage.

**Immune System Antibodies

In some cases, the immune system will create antibodies that detect s***m cells as a threat and will try to remove them.

**Blocked or Defective S***m Tubules
S***m is carried through many tubes in the reproductive organ, and it has the possibility of not transferring properly if those tubes are damaged or blocked in any way.

**Genetic Disorders

Klinefelter’s syndrome is a genetic disorder where a male is born with two X chromosomes, rather than an X and Y chromosome. The defect causes issues with the male’s reproductive organ that prevent or stifle the flow of semen. Cystic fibrosis , Kallmann’s syndrome and Kartagener’s syndrome can also cause problems.

**Celiac Disease

The ingestion of gluten has the potential of causing male infertility.

**Medications or Treatments

Chemotherapy, steroids, various ulcer and anti-fungal medications have been linked to reducing s***m levels.

**Past Surgeries

A history of surgeries related to the testicular, prostate, and abdominal areas can cause issues with s***m flow and production. Of course, a vasectomy will stop the production of s***m, but most issues related to surgical procedures can be fixed with another surgery.
After understanding the medical and physical hurdles, the next thing to be aware of when it comes to male infertility is that lifestyle choices often play a huge role in determining a man’s ability to conceive.

**Common Lifestyle Causes of Male Infertility

Living a healthy lifestyle is extremely important when trying to start a family. At first, a man might think that his habits, recreations, and vices may not have an immediate effect on his s***m levels, but studies show that certain choices can be damaging to their fertility if they’re not careful.

**Drugs and Alcohol

Both drug and alcohol use have the ability to decrease s***m production. Excessive drinking can also lower testosterone levels, cause erectile dysfunction, and cause liver damage that can promote infertility. The use of steroids may cause testicles to decrease in size and diminish s***m count, and ingesting co***ne or smoking ma*****na can significantly damage s***m quality.

**Smoking Ci******es

Smoking ci******es can potentially lead to a lower s***m count—among other health problems—and second-hand smoke can also make an impact on one’s fertility levels.

**Mental and Emotional Stress

Hormones can be affected when mental and emotional stress takes a toll on the individual . Long bouts of depression, anxiety, or other issues can lead to a decreased s***m count and infertility.

**Obesity

Being overweight can cause damage to s***m cells through drastic hormonal changes in the body that result in male infertility.

The causes listed above are the best things to avoid in order to promote a healthy lifestyle, but that doesn’t mean those are the only things that should be done. Exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, and staying away from harmful environmental conditions should also be incorporated into one’s life to ensure a proper balance.

👉👉Taking Ownership and Consulting with a Fertility Specialist

Now that you know the difficulties that men face with infertility, you can begin to take ownership of the problem and find ways to solve it. By following the guidelines listed above, managing yours and your partner’s life can be an experience that you share together. Regardless of the fault being directed toward a man or woman—the point is that conceiving a child is a joint effort that requires responsibility and dedication from both parties, and that commitment is what will help you become even better parents!

Remember, issues of infertility are common, and many people need help to understand and fix their problems. That’s why consulting with a fertility specialist can be a great way to discuss your issues and seek a solution. Sometimes, facing problems on your own can be difficult, and having a third-party analyze your situation may be just the thing you need to get your family started on the right path.
We are here to help you find solutions to any health related issues feel free to talk to us about it. Swissgarde products for fertility is still working wonders and a lot of people are testifying to that effect.

UTERINE FIBROID AND IMPLANTATION....

Once there is fibroid in the uterus, implantation becomes difficult especially if it is located where baby is suppose to implant.

And even if implantation happens, it could lead to miscarriage.

Some fibroids however does not actually affect implantation neither do they show any symptoms or interfere with conception...
Management of fibroid is dependent on the size, location and symptoms.

WHAT ARE UTERINE FIBROID???
Uterine fibroids are non-cancerous tumors that grow from the muscle layers of the womb. These benign growths of smooth muscle can vary from the size of a bean to being as large as the fibroid a water melon .there are also known as leiomyomas and myomas.

TYPES OF FIBROID. :
Intramural: This is the most common type. An intramural fibroid is embedded in the muscular wall of the womb. this type of fibroid can actually affect implantation.

Subserosal fibroids: These extend beyond the wall of the womb and grow within the surrounding outer uterine tissue layer. They can develop into pedunculated fibroids, where the fibroid has a stalk and can become quite large.

Submucosal fibroids: This type can push into the cavity of the womb. It is usually found in the muscle beneath the inner lining of the wall.

Cervical fibroids: Cervical fibroids take root in the neck of the womb, known as the cervix.
The classification of a fibroid depends on its location in the womb

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF FIBROID???
Around 1 in 3 women with fibroids will experience symptoms.

These may include:
heavy, painful periods, also known as menorrhagia
anemia from heavy periods
lower backache or leg pain
constipation
discomfort in the lower abdomen, especially in the case of large fibroids
frequent urination
pain during in*******se, known as dyspareunia

Other possible symptoms include:
labor problems
pregnancy problems
fertility problems
repeated miscarriages
If fibroids are large, there may also be weight gain and swelling in the lower abdomen.

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF FIBROID???
It remains unclear exactly what causes fibroids. They may be related to estrogen levels.
During the reproductive years, estrogen and progesterone levels are higher.

When estrogen levels are high, especially during pregnancy, fibroids tend to swell. They are also more likely to develop when a woman is taking birth control pills that contain estrogen.

DIAGNOSIS OF FIBROID
As fibroids often do not show symptoms, they are usually diagnosed during routine pelvic examinations.

DIETARY ADVICE IN MANAGEMENT OF FIBROID.....

There is also evidence that red meat, alcohol, and caffeine could increase the risk of fibroids, and that an increased intake of fruit and vegetables might reduce it.

Avoiding certain foods and beverages and increasing your intake of others will slow the growth of your uterine fibroids and help minimize your symptoms?

If you've been diagnosed with uterine fibroid, eating too much red meat, such as beef and ham will increase the symptoms of your uterine fibroid.

Take Fruits, Whole Milk, and Eggs.
Research has also shown that vitamin D, a fat-soluble vitamin, might help prevent fibroid development.

Foods high in vitamin D include:
Cod liver oil, Dairy products, such as milk, cheese and yogurt, Egg (both egg whites and yolks), Oily fish, such as salmon, herring and sadines.

vegetables have a super food status and will help you in reducing the symptoms of uterine fibroids.Leafy green vegetables like Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower

If you struggle with uterine fibroids, you might also want to eliminate the intake of caffeine and alcohol, both of which have been linked to lower levels of iron absorption.

The use of apple cider vinegar and black strap molasses work very well in management of fibroid especially for those who have done surgery and trying to prevent regrowth.

OUR OWN HERBAL TREATMENT WITH HERBS!
