Do’s:
Maintain proper menstrual hygiene and change pads regularly
Eat a balanced diet and stay well hydrated
Do light exercise or gentle stretching
Get adequate rest and sleep
Consult a doctor if pain or bleeding is excessive
Don’ts:
Don’t ignore severe pain or irregular periods
Don’t skip meals or depend on junk food
Don’t use unclean or damp sanitary products
Don’t take painkillers frequently without medical advice
Don’t feel embarrassed — periods are natural
