Job Title: Sales Personnel
Location: Lagos Mainland
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Personnel to actively promote and sell Phytomilk drink. You will be responsible for growing brand visibility, driving product sales, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of becoming Africa’s top brand for plant based beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage customers to sell Phytomilk, focusing on hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new retail opportunities, negotiate contracts, and onboard new distribution channels to increase product availability.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end consumers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trend. Provide regular feedback to management to help shape sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of daily sales activities and results.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Experience in health conscious products is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiarity with basic reporting tools.
- Personality: Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about healthy living.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to different locations within lagos state for sales activities.
