Why do we stress ourselves about the impression other people have about us?🥹

Is it because there is truth to it or not? Ask yourself really…Why do you care so so much about what other people think about you? If you are able to sit and reflect on these questions you will understand that self-realization is a question that needs to be addressed.
Sometimes really you get to know yourself better through the eyes of other people, but the reality is that you can choose to become a better version of yourself or wallow in denial of who you really are.
If you want to become better then act and behave better. And one thing that will give you a sense of authenticity is not letting what others say about you bother you but instead always working on becoming a better and wiser person. Build your strengths and never stop working on your weaknesses because that is how you grow mentally. Self-growth is all about introspection and making adjustments in important areas of your life, so please do not stop improving your self, your habits, your behaviors, your skills or talents and your relationships.
