1. The program is affordable
2. It is engaging and fun. The follow ups with messages and videos keep one in check and want to continue
3. Before I started the program I had ulcer and my BP was rising but after 3 weeks into the program, my BP normalized and for over 2 months now I did not have any symptoms of ulcer, I feel stronger. lighter and younger.
I really missed the classes. I was 78.6 kg when I started, I am now 73kg after 8 weeks even though I have been busy and inconsistent at times. God bless FITAH!"
