*BE IN THE KNOW 1.1*

*Anything void of nature is poison*

Human is a natural being and nothing can give you healthy life except natural remedies.

It is not untrue that most people, especially the elite, don't believe the efficacy of natural medicine and if they have to use it, they will take it with a grain of salt.

Although some natural medicine is still on it trial-and-error discovery stage, but a lot of natural medicine have been tested and confirmed as cure to a set of disease conditions.

It is also true that the medical scientists use a hit-or-miss procedure in the lab before they could announce a drug as cure to a disease. So why are they now condemning the natural medicine that has the same way of discovery with them?!

Medical practitioners condem natural medicine saying there is no dosage and they talk about toxicity thinking that as practitioners of natural medicine, we don't have basic biomedical knowledge that will enable us make right clinical decisions. *Let us meet and prove our formulas and see wonder.*

It is also true that validation of most Naturopathic theories by a scientific clinical studies is highly needed as most of the plant concoctions are based on clinical trials. *So let us work together to save mankind.*

Perhaps they are afraid of competition or they are enslaved to the "health" overlord- WHO. However WHO released it first global report to cover all the three facets of traditional medicine which are- products, practices and practitioners in May 2019. The report review was based the global progress in Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM) over the past two decades and is based on contributions from 179 WHO Member States.

Thanks to WHO for the release of this report. We shall sooner or later meet to prove the efficacy of the natural remedies we have and I am saying it here that *natural medicine can handle any form of epidemic CONVENIENTLY.*

Hand sanitizer and soap;The differences

Hand sanitizer is a great way to keep your hands clean when soap and water are not available.
Alcohol-based hand sanitizers may kill a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses, but it isn't effective on all germs.Healthcare professionals recommend washing with soap and water over using hand sanitizer, but when soap and water aren't available, sanitizer is an effective alternative.Hand sanitizer should be 60 to 95 percent alcohol to be effective at protecting you against infectious disease.
Hand soap and hand sanitizer might seem interchangeable, but they are meant for different circumstances. While sanitizer is smart to have on hand for when you are on the go, healthcare professionals agree that nothing beats a thorough hand wash with regular soap and water.
The effectiveness of hand sanitizer
The main ingredient in most hand sanitizers is isopropanol (rubbing alcohol) or ethanol (the principle ingredient in alcoholic drinks). Alcohols have a long history of being an effective disinfectant against some viruses and bacteria, as long as the solution has the right percentage of alcohol.

Prevent stroke and Paralysis naturally

A stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of your brain is interrupted or reduced, depriving brain tissue of oxygen and nutrients. Within minutes, brain cells begin to die.

Paralysis is when you can’t move certain parts of your body after something goes wrong with their connection to your brain. It comes in many different forms and can be temporary or permanent or even come and go.

Causes of strokes include ischemia (loss of blood supply) or hemorrhage (bleeding) in the brain. People at risk for stroke include those who have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and those who smoke.

Paralysis can cause problems with bloodflow, breathing, how well your organs work, speaking or swallowing, sexual responses, or controlling the urge to go to the bathroom, depending on where you’re paralyzed and how bad it is.

Causes. Paralysis is most often caused by damage in the nervous system, especially the spinal cord. Other major causes are stroke, trauma with nerve injury, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, among others.

There is no cure for Stroke and Paralysis but there is cure for their causes, once the causes are cured Paralysis and Stroke disappeared as muscles and veins return to their functions while brain tissue gets it’s nutrients and oxygen.

I am tenterhook to aver that except we embrace naturopathy, no cure, no cure, no cure will remain the slogan.

HERBS.....
Herbs have played a major part in medicine for thousands of years.

Every culture and every medicinal system, from Ayurveda to Traditional Chinese Medicine, have used herbs for therapeutic purposes. There are thousands of herbs with thousands of different uses, many of which are used in conventional medicine as well as for natural remedies.

Herbs are widely used today, in teas, vitamins and natural supplements. While the benefits of herbal medicine are vast, it is important to understand the basis of herbal medicine.

Herbal medicine, also called botanical medicine or phytomedicine, refers to using a plant’s seeds, berries, roots, leaves, bark, or flowers for medicinal purposes. Herbalism has a long tradition of use outside conventional medicine. It is becoming more mainstream as improvements in analysis and quality control, along with advances in clinical research, show the value of herbal medicine in treating and preventing disease.

According to an article about herbal medicine by the WHO “Traditional herbal medicines are naturally occurring, plant-derived substances with minimal or no industrial processing that have been used to treat illness within local or regional healing practices. Traditional herbal medicines are getting significant attention in global health debates. In China, traditional herbal medicine played a prominent role in the strategy to contain and treat severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).”

Dr. Susan Tanner, M.D. who talks about the benefits of natural medicine says that “people have practiced natural medicine for centuries. Before the advent of modern technology, doctors and their patients had to rely on natural techniques and herbal remedies to treat illnesses or heal injuries. Everything from the common cold to life-threatening conditions such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease have been purported to be successfully treated without the use of modern-day medical equipment.”.........
