How should I take multivitamin CIZ?
Chew the chew-able tablet before you swallow it. Chew 1 tablet once , 2 times daily

Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Do not freeze.
Store it in their original container. Storing it in a glass container can ruin the medication.
