1. Washing hands regularly,
2. Keeping a safe distance from them,
3. Have a face covering on when in their company,
4. Stay away from them if you are sick.

I should write something about my day today, I just have to. I usually do not but I was impressed by what I saw.

I visited a creche today. Located in the central business district in Alausa.

It was CLEAN!!! So clean the windows opened and the mosquito nets had NO dust. The sliding window frames where spotless.

The receptionist was very professional and friendly same as the headmistress and principal of the primary and college respectively.

Good hygiene and cleanliness are the foundations of health and other schools should also promote health likewise.

Kudos to The Royal master's school and Christs college.

Are you thinking of giving back to the society? Or CSR? A Church sponsored an outreach and CareFusion health team and volunteer workers were invited to perform various screening tests for Diabetes, Hypertension, Hepatitis, Malaria and many asked for referrals to government and private hospitals for follow-up.People are much more health conscious as quite a number of people outside the congregation turned up to be screened.

School health is as important as educating the young child or Adolescent. Establishing a sickbay, hiring health staff that provides health education and screening and having emergency policies is important for all school children, teaching and non teaching staff.

Every day 3000 adolescents die. Most of these deaths can be prevented with good health services, education and social support.
