The autopsy report of singer Destiny Boy has been revealed by the Police, according to Daily Trust Newspaper.

A Consultant Anatomic Pathologist confirmed that toxicology results revealed h@rmful levels of tramadol and methamphetamine in his system. The cause of de@th was determined to be aspiration pneumonitis resulting from the ingestion of these toxic substances. His date of de@th was confirmed as 17th January 2026. 🕊️
