Let me write a few lines on the benefits of eating a good and healthy breakfast.

Your breakfast should provide about one-quarter of your daily nutritional requirement. Skipping breakfast, whether due to lack of time or trying to shed weight can mean losing out on essential nutrients. This can have a negative effect on both short and long term good health, and accelerate the aging process.

Aim to eat a breakfast that is high in carbohydrates and low in fat and sugar. Breakfast cereals are almost all fortified with minerals and vitamins. So, along with low-fat milk, these provide a nutritious, balanced meal.

For me, life and living healthy is one and the same thing. There is a common saying that "health is wealth".
