BLOOD PRESSURE.

These days the rate of people with high blood pressure are becoming high. The number of patients been admitted to the health facilities is becoming alarming.
Before we further more into the topic, we have to know what the term “bloodpressure” actually means.

what is blood pressure?
In a simplified term, blood pressure is the force applied during blood flow from the heart to your body through the blood vessels.

You may want to ask what are blood vessels?
Blood vessels simply means your veins, your arteries and your capillaries. All these are located in your body system.
We all now know what blood pressure means and what blood vessels simply means.
We are going to talk about the different type of blood pressure;
There are two types of blood pressure namely:
Hypertension also known as high blood pressure.
Hypotension also known as low blood pressure.

What is hypertension and hypotension?
From the simplified definition of blood pressure, we can define hypertension as a high force applied, during blood flow from the heart, to your body through the blood vessels.
We can also define hypotension as a low force applied during blood flow from the heart to your body through the blood vessels.
