DID YOU KNOW?

Cloves are aromatic flower buds derived from the Syzygium aromaticum tree, and they have been used in traditional medicine for various purposes, including potential effects on fertility.

However, it's important to note that scientific research on the specific effects of cloves on fertility is limited, and any benefits should be considered alongside other well-established fertility practices.

Here are five potential ways cloves might contribute to improving fertility, based on traditional uses and some preliminary research:

1. Antioxidant Properties: Cloves are rich in antioxidants, particularly compounds like eugenol and flavonoids. Antioxidants help combat oxidative stress and protect cells from damage. In the context of fertility, antioxidants can play a role in supporting reproductive health by protecting eggs and s***m from oxidative damage.

2. Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Chronic inflammation in the body can have negative effects on fertility. Cloves contain anti-inflammatory compounds that might help reduce inflammation. Maintaining a balanced inflammatory response is important for optimal reproductive function.

3. Hormonal Balance: Some traditional practices suggest that cloves can help balance hormones. Hormonal imbalances can disrupt ovulation and other aspects of the menstrual cycle. Although there is limited scientific evidence in this area, certain compounds in cloves might have the potential to affect hormone levels.

4. Improved Circulation: Good blood circulation is essential for reproductive health. Cloves are known to have vasodilatory properties, meaning they can help widen blood vessels and improve blood flow. Enhanced blood flow to the reproductive organs can support their overall health and function.

5. Stress Reduction: Stress can negatively impact fertility by disrupting hormonal balance and affecting overall health. Cloves have a long history of use as a natural remedy for reducing stress and anxiety. By promoting relaxation, cloves might indirectly support fertility by helping to manage stress.

CONCLUSION:

It's important to emphasize that while these potential benefits of cloves on fertility are based on traditional knowledge and some limited scientific studies, more rigorous research is needed to establish their effectiveness conclusively. If you're considering using cloves or any other natural remedies to improve fertility, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional or a fertility specialist to ensure you're making informed decisions that are tailored to your individual health needs and circumstances.

*No.1 Secret To Free Yourself From Many Diseases & Stay Healthy All The Time*

The secret to live a long and stay healthy in life lies in blood vessels. If they are healthy and clean there is possibility for you to live even up to 100 years and above and even remain completely agile, strong, active and healthy.

And that is not all, you have the chance of living at least 20 years without pain in the organs or joint pain, and the body will work excellently when you have a clean and healthy blood vessels.

My Father lived above 100 years. He passed away when I was very young.

These days many hardly live up to 60 years but my mother too lived above 100 years .

But I eventually loss her early last year.

If you must know the quality of the blood circulation determines the wellness of the organs and systems in the body.

It is through this process that the oxygen and nutrients are delivered to different internal organs.

In childhood, adolescence, youth the blood circulation process is usually optimum as the blood vessels are new, elastic clean and as such the nutrition of the organs is excellent.

But as we age, the quality of blood circulation is degraded because our vessels become dirty due to several factors/lifestyle which are detrimental (like smoking, unhealthy eating, poor environment, sedentary lifestyle) as well as natural factors (such as depositing of lipids).

A dirty blood vessel is like a pipe full of rust, the pressure of the water increases and the water tastes very bad and that is exactly what happens when the blood vessels are dirty.

Dirty/blocked vessels is one of the main source of hypertension, when toxic fat, cholesterol and other substances are deposited in/around them ( due to action of micro-RNA as explained in previous training ), the pressure increases.

The blood now contains impurities, the vessels is now narrowed and thickened which result to poor blood circulation. This in turn results to changes in all organs and systems of the body.

The whole body suffers and most importantly the organs and systems that are directly connected to the blood circulation are affected - the cardiovascular system.

Men and women who are 30 years old and above that do not cleanse their blood vessels can be 200 -400% more likely to have another unwanted health issues.

You definitely don’t want this.

If immediate action is not taking to address this, this impurities will not stop at just hypertension alone but lead to several other complications and diseases such as:

*Atherosclerosis* . The vessels stop functioning well: the small vessels are completely clogged, and the main ones contain high deposits of cholesterol.

*The ischemic heart disease.* It is caused by regular blood deficiency in the coronary vessels, which, in turn, develop because of the impurities from the vessels.

*Stroke* . The blood supply impairments in the cerebral tissue cause the death of the nervous endings, which leads to the loss of certain functions.

*Varicose veins* . They appear inside the body, not just on legs (which is alarming for women). The hemorrhoids are a consequence of the venous dilatation.

*Venous and arterial thrombosis.* The deposits of impurities from the blood vessels form thrombi and produce the death of the vessel, which can lead to the death of a group of cells from an organism. If the thrombus unbinds and gets into the blood stream, the blocking of the blood vessels in the heart may take place, the cardiac arrest, which in 70% of the cases is followed by the death of the patient.

If you are careful and cleanse your blood vessels, this can prolong your life and health.

In fact if you are 30 or above and you have never not cleansed your blood vessels, then they contain many impurities.

They can affect your health or may be this process has even started already, most especially if you are already suffering from high blood pressure

10 USEFUL TIPS FOR TTC WOMEN:

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ THIS ARTICLE TO THE END:

While there's no guaranteed method to ensure conception, there are certain practices that individuals who are trying to conceive (TTC) can consider incorporating into their daily routine to potentially increase their chances.

Keep in mind that every person's body is different, and what works for one may not work for another.

Here are some general suggestions:

1. Tracking Basal Body Temperature (BBT): Measure your basal body temperature each morning before getting out of bed.

A slight increase in temperature (around 0.5 to 1 degree Fahrenheit) typically occurs after ovulation.
Charting this rise can help identify your fertile window.

2. Monitoring Cervical Mucus: Pay attention to changes in cervical mucus texture and quantity.
Around ovulation, cervical mucus tends to become clear, slippery, and stretchy – resembling egg whites.

This indicates a fertile phase.

3. Using Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPKs): These kits detect the surge in luteinizing hormone (LH) that occurs just before ovulation.

Testing your urine with an OPK each morning can help predict when ovulation is likely to happen.

4. Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle: Eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, getting regular exercise, and managing stress can all contribute to overall reproductive health.

5. Taking Prenatal Vitamins: Prenatal vitamins, especially those containing folic acid, can support a healthy pregnancy.

Start taking them before conception if possible.

6. Timing In*******se: Aim to have in*******se during your fertile window, which includes the days leading up to and around ovulation.

Tracking BBT, cervical mucus, and using OPKs can help identify this period.

7.Elevating Hips After In*******se: Some couples find it helpful for the woman to elevate her hips with a pillow for about 15-30 minutes after in*******se. This can potentially assist s***m in reaching the cervix.

8. Avoiding Harmful Substances: Cut back on alcohol, smoking, and excessive caffeine intake. These substances can impact fertility.

9. Getting Enough Sleep: Adequate sleep supports overall health, including reproductive health.

10. Communication with a Healthcare Provider: If you've been trying to conceive for a while without success, consider speaking with a healthcare provider.

They can provide personalized advice based on your medical history and circumstances.

CONCLUSION:

Remember that fertility is a complex process, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. It's important to be patient and open to seeking medical advice if needed. Additionally, both partners should be involved in the process, as male fertility also plays a crucial role in conception.
