Pleased to meet you! I’m Joseph Tosin. A young man, who loves God, loves to write, and loves nature, arts, photography, blogging, good food, soul therapeutic music, love counselling, tourism and a social responsibility advocate. If the truth be told, I don’t write on paper. I speak on paper. On the real world I don’t talk rather I speak my convictions on the fleshly tables of people’s heart. I give counsel that are seasoned with a mishmash of timeless truth, plain old common sense, plain new common sense, not so plain common sense and of course, uncommon sense. I will keep on writing and speaking words of life that will become flesh in the eyes of the followers and my words will light up the candle of love, hope, healing, help, friendship, relationship, marriage, governance, enterprise and it will heal the wounded, restore love, joy, forgiveness, shattered dreams, broken friendship, broken relationship, fading marriages, build nations and above all...it will tell the world about the greatest passion on earth…the Passion of the Christ! I have discovered and understood the need for a counsellor in our various spheres of life. There is a huge need for a counsellor in the society. A counsellor is needed both in the spiritual and in the secular world. In government a counsellor exist as a special adviser to either a governor or the president and in the corporate world they exist as consultant. Anyone without a counsellor is a potential disaster to the society. Such life is like a time bomb on a countdown. My greatest drive for this job is the message I get from the street every day. The message of pain, shame, heartbreak, shamelessness, hopelessness, brigandage, decay in our value system, premature parenthood, uncensored sex, abandonment, rejection, broken relationship, broken marriage, amputated love, amputated joy, bitterness etc
If I was to describe myself in one word, I would say Light. A light in the darkness. Another word would be Salt. The salt of the earth. That’s what my father calls me and I don’t want to underestimate my ability. My greatest thrill in life comes from knowledge of God through Jesus Christ. This is an online counselling room, open to all who would love to sit, read and receive counsel. It is dedicated to those who need a light in this present darkness and to those who want to right their wrongs. More importantly, this platform is a tool for a hurting and needful world. I pledge to tell you the truth if at all it will hurt you sometimes yet I trust it will heal and help you in the long run. I will post thoughts and articles that are rich, deep and practical.
