WHY DO I NEED A MEDICAL REPORT?
This information is for Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) who cannot afford the price of direct posting. If you're posted to a state you don't like, all you need to do is report to camp in that state for good 21 days-3 weeks.
Ensure you have your medical report ready before reporting to camp. When relocation applications open in camp, apply for in-camp relocation.
To relocate, follow these steps:
1. Fill out the relocation form.
2. Choose your preferred state (excluding Lagos, Abuja, and your state of origin).
3. Submit the form and wait until the last day of camp to find out if your relocation is granted.

This method is 80% effective to relocate in camp from one state to the other. Although you might not get your exact state of choice, NYSC may post you to a nearby state or give you the exact state you chose. It's a 50/50 chance.
