NOTIFICATION OF PHYSICAL VERIFICATION OF CREDENTIALS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS OF FOREIGN-TRAINED GRADUATES FOR THE 2026 BATCH ‘A’ STREAM II SERVICE YEAR.

This is to inform all Foreign Trained Nigerian Graduates that after online registration for the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream II service year, Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) whose credentials and travel documents are yet to be physically verified, should make themselves available for physical verification exercise scheduled to hold from Wednesday, 8th April to Friday, 10th April, 2026 at the following chosen centers:

1. ENUGU: NYSC Secretariat, 2 Abakaliki Road, GRA, Enugu, Enugu State
2. BAUCHI: Shadawanka Military Barracks, Bauchi, Bauchi State
3. FCT: NYSC Orientation Camp, Kubwa, Abuja_
4. KANO: Bukavu Military Barracks, Fagge, Airport Road, Kano, Kano State
5. LAGOS: NYSC Orientation Camp, Iyanapaja, Lagos, Lagos State
6. OSUN: NYSC Secretariat, New Ikirun Road, Osogbo, Osun State
7. RIVERS: NYSC Secretariat, 40 Ikwerre Road, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State
8. SOKOTO: Eagle Officers’ Mess, Giginya Cantonment, Gusau Road, Sokoto, Sokoto State
9. ADAMAWA: NYSC Secretariat, Federal Secretariat Complex, Yola, Adamawa State.

NOTE:
a. As part of the measures to ensure orderliness and avoid overcrowding, Prospective Corps Members are expected to strictly report on the date, time and venue specified on the verification slip.
b. They are to present all original credentials and travel documents as uploaded or expected to be uploaded online during registration.
c. Medical graduates should, in addition, upload Licenses, Registration Certificates and other relevant documents issued by their various bodies and also come along with the originals to the verification centers.
d. Original copies of Evaluation letters issued by the Federal Ministry of Education should be submitted at the NYSC Headquarters, Abuja and acknowledged copies upload online by the PCMs.

Don’t miss this opportunity

Kindly consider reporting to your place of deployment, even if it’s not your preferred location. Relocation options can still be explored after camp.

With new policies and possible queue systems expected in this 2026, waiting for another stream comes with uncertainties and no guaranteed immediate deployment. Many 2025 Batch B & C PCMs are still awaiting posting.

NYSC CALL-UP NUMBER:

A Call-Up Number is a unique identification number issued to every prospective corps member (PCM) by the National Youth Service Corps after successful mobilization.

🔹 What it entails
The call-up number:
Is automatically generated by NYSC during mobilization.
Is linked to your personal details (name, institution, state of deployment, etc.).
Appears on your Call-Up Letter.
Is different from your NYSC State Code (which you receive at camp).

🔹 Usefulness for PCM’s:
The call-up number is very important because it:
Identifies you officially as a registered PCM in a particular batch/stream
Is used to track your posting and deployment details.
Helps in documentation and verification during registration at the orientation camp
May be required for checking NYSC updates, printing documents, or resolving issues
Serves as a reference for future NYSC records.

🔹 Simple Way To Understand It:
Think of the call-up number as your NYSC tracking ID before camp, while your state code becomes your identity during and after service.

After days of fear and uncertainty, the news we all prayed for has finally arrived. 🙏

According to the information reaching us, Abba Musa Usman has finally regained his freedom from the hands of kidnappers.

This is truly a moment of relief and gratitude. His family, friends, and well-wishers can finally breathe again after a difficult and worrying period.

We are grateful that he has returned safely. Moments like this remind us of the value of life, community, and prayers. May he recover fully from this experience and continue his journey in peace.

How to Check Your Call-Up Number and Print Your Green Card when Call-Up Numbers are released.

Kindly follow the steps below:
1. Visit the NYSC portal.
2. Enable Desktop View on your browser (if using a mobile device).
3. Log in to your dashboard.
4. Your call-up number will appear on your dashboard, directly after your name.
5. Scroll down and click Print to download and save your Green Card.

A corps member from Ukanafun Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State has sadly l0st her life and was buried today

The young woman, identified as Corper Obongawan Udom, has left family, friends and colleagues in d££p sorr0w

Corps members should be protected wherever they are posted to serve under the National Youth Service Corps

What could anyone possibly gain from taking the life of a young person who was only serving her country?

It is truly a devastating l0ss to the family and the community

After the long suffering from school…
The stress…
Doing assignments…
Def£nding proj£cts…

And going through all the other academic activities, she finally succeeded in wearing the khaki, just like many others who graduate and serve their nation

But sadly… she could not survive it

May her soul rest in peace
