I didnt eat any swallow nor rice nor coke/Pepsi throughout the 9days.The only solid food I took was a wrap of moi-moi on the 4th day and Rio with vegetable on the 5th day as my 600 callorie food.Then I took only fish and drank okro soup then eat a lot of fruits.No food till this afternoon that I took small rice since10days ago that I have eaten real food last.Then I have taken 3jars of aloe Vera gel as at this morning.I also took plenty of water. Any time I feel hungry I would take fruits with plenty water.I was amazed to see the result this morning.From 91kg last Monday to 71kg this morning, 9days after.It is amazing honesty.
