1. **Speak Life:** "Gracious words are... health to the body" (Proverbs 16:24). Use kind and encouraging words daily.

2. **Declare God’s Promises:** "By His stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). Speak healing scriptures over yourself.

3. **Guard Your Tongue:** "The tongue is a fire..." (James 3:6). Avoid negative speech that can bring harm.

4. **Pray God’s Word:** "He sent out His word and healed them" (Psalm 107:20). Pray scriptures for healing and wellness.

5. **Encourage Others:** "Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones" (Proverbs 16:24). Your words can uplift and heal those around you.
