As tasty as Ofada sauce is,it should not be eaten frequently because of the high oil content

The higher that oil,the more chances of more saturated fat

The oil is also often highly heated during the preparation which can reduce the nutritional benefit

So Ofada sauce should be eaten in moderation and also not too often

At AskDDietitian, we support individuals managing:
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure

• PCOS

If you’re scared to eat out, feeling guilty after meals, or cutting out more and more foods for “control” — that’s not wellness anymore.
Food should nourish you, not rule you.
Balance over obsession. Always. 🤍

Real results. Real structure. Real impact. 💜

At Askddietitian, we don’t believe in extreme diets or generic advice. We create personalised, evidence-based nutrition plans that help people feel satisfied, reduce cravings, and improve blood sugar stability.

When our clients tell us they can eat breakfast at 9 or 10am and stay full until mid-afternoon without cravings — that’s the power of balanced protein, fibre, and proper meal structure.
Every plan is:
✔ Tailored to individual needs
✔ Built on clinical expertise
✔ Designed for long-term

Eating right should not feel confusing or restrictive. With the right guidance, it becomes structured, practical, and sustainable.
