Huntington’s disease is a rare genetic brain disorder that affects movement, thinking, and behavior.
Often misunderstood and misjudged, it is caused by an inherited gene, not lifestyle, nutrition, or infection.
Early symptoms can include mood changes, memory problems, and uncontrolled movements.
Genetic testing is the only definitive way to confirm Huntington’s disease.
Awareness matters. Understanding saves dignity.
Follow for daily health and brain education.

Most times we say Prevention is better thank cure yet we don’t practice it. It has now become a normal saying but we devalue it because the worth of this statement is in the actualization of preventing illnesses rather than curing them. But this days the reverse is the case, we find many people being rushed the the A&E for medical emergencies that could have been prevented. Don’t let your case be another statistic, practice what you affirm, prevention not cure.

Many people experience breakouts, tightness, or irritation when introducing new skincare products, especially active ingredients like retinol, salicylic acid, or vitamin C.
This can be due to skin purging, where clogged pores surface faster, or skin irritation, where your skin barrier is overwhelmed.
Purging usually:
• Starts within 1–3 weeks
• Happens in usual breakout areas
• Improves within 4–6 weeks
Irritation often:
• Appears in new areas
• Comes with burning or itching
• Gets worse over time
The key is starting slowly, avoiding too many actives at once, moisturizing properly, and listening to your skin.

3 signs your period problem needs medical attention. Your menstrual cycle is a vital sign, and while some changes are normal, certain symptoms should never be ignored.
See a healthcare professional if you experience:
1️⃣ Severe period pain that affects daily life
2️⃣ Heavy bleeding or periods lasting longer than 7 days
3️⃣ Missing or very irregular periods (when not pregnant)
Early medical care can help identify issues like hormonal imbalance, fibroids, PCOS, infections, or anemia.

Missing your period doesn’t always mean pregnancy.
As a nurse, this is one of the most common questions I get in my DMs.
Stress, hormonal imbalance, PCOS, thyroid problems, sudden weight changes, intense exercise, illness, and even birth control can all delay or stop your period.
At the same time, pregnancy does not always mean no bleeding. Implantation bleeding, hormonal spotting, or cervical sensitivity can happen in early pregnancy and be mistaken for a period.
👉 The key truth?
You cannot rely on assumptions.
A pregnancy test and medical advice give clarity — not panic.

I recommend you watch the part 1 of this video, before this, to get the full gist. My UK visa was approved, but I was almost denied traveling.
Not because of my visa, but because of airport transit visa confusion.
This is a real story from my journey travelling from Nigeria to the UK as an international student.
After booking Air France, I later discovered strict baggage rules and confusing information around Airport Transit Visa (ATV) and Schengen visa requirements when transiting through Paris.
Even though I held a valid UK student visa, I was initially told at the airport that I couldn’t travel.
Thankfully, I had printed the official France-Visas exemption rules, which clearly stated that UK visa holders staying airside do not require an ATV.
This video is to educate, not scare.
Travel rules are real but proper research and documentation can save you.
