He finally became rich…
but now he spends his money buying pills just to stay alive.😩

For years he chased money.
Late nights.
No proper sleep.
Constant stress.
Whenever his body complained, he ignored it.
“Let me make money first… I’ll take care of my health later.”

Years later, the money came.
Big office.
Stacks of cash.
Success everyone admired; People called him successful.💰

But one night, standing alone in that office, a sharp pain gripped his chest.
Today, his mornings start with pills.
His nights end with pills.
Doctor appointments… hospital visits… medications every single day.😭
Now the same money he chased all his life is being spent just to stay alive.

And sometimes he quietly asks himself:
“What is the point of wealth if I am too sick to enjoy it?”

One Egg a Day? 🥚 Let’s clear the air!🥰
For years, we’ve been told adults shouldn’t eat more than one egg a day because of cholesterol. Some of us still follow it… worried it might harm the heart.
But here’s the truth:
✅ Eggs are nutrient powerhouses — protein, choline, vitamins B12 & D, and healthy fats.
✅ For most healthy adults, eggs do NOT raise blood cholesterol in a dangerous way. Your body makes most of its cholesterol naturally — the cholesterol in eggs is usually not the problem.
✅ The real danger? Processed foods, sugar, refined carbs, and an overall unhealthy diet — not the egg itself.

People who should be careful with eggs are people with diabetes or prediabetes, very high LDL cholesterol, genetic lipid disorders, or genetic sensitivity to dietary cholesterol. so if you belong to this category you may need a personalized guidance on your eggs consumption 🙏

The problem is that many common breakfast foods can cause a quick sugar spike and leave you feeling tired or hungry again a few hours later.
Some examples include:
• Sugary breakfast cereals
• White bread
• Biscuits and pastries
• Tea or coffee with lots of sugar
• Fruit juice in large amounts
• Soft drinks
• Highly processed foods

Instead, try starting your day with foods that contain protein, healthy fats, and fiber.
Things like:
✅ Eggs with vegetables
✅ Yogurt or kefir with nuts and seeds
✅ Avocado with a protein source
These types of meals can help keep your energy more stable and support better blood sugar balance.
