The only time you stand up… is to use the restroom.
That’s a problem.🤧,,,,
Your body is quietly struggling.
Sitting for long hours does more than make you tired:👇
Your blood flow slows down
Your muscles start to weaken
Your back and neck begin to complain
Your metabolism drops
Your risk of Type 2 Diabetes and heart problems increases.

You may not feel it now…
but over time, it adds up.📌

Do this instead 👇
📍Stand up at intervals (let say every 30–60 minutes)
📍Take short walks (even 2–5 minutes helps)
📍Stretch your body during the day
📍Use the stairs when you can
📍Stay hydrated (it naturally forces you to get up more 😄)

It’s not just about weight.🤔
Too much sugar can:
• Drain your energy instead of boosting it
• Increase your risk of diabetes
• Affect your skin and cause breakouts
• Disrupt your hormones and cravings
• Put stress on your heart and organs

The scary part?
You may not see the damage immediately… but it builds up quietly over time.
Yknow that most non-communicable diseases thrive in sugar.
