WHAT IS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR HYPERTENSION?
WHY IS IT DANGEROUS?

blood pressure is the force your blood exerts on your arteries as it flows through your body. if someone have high blood pressure it means that the blood is exerting too much force on the arteries and is making the heart's job pumping blood more difficult than it should be.

The heart is a powerful and efficient muscle, but if it is force to work too hard for too long it can enlarge, wear out or fail, causing a heart attack, stroke, aneurysm and an early death.

LEUKEMIA
Leukemia is a blood cancer caused by a rise in the number of white blood cells in your body.

Those white blood cells crowd out the red blood cells and platelets that your body needs to be healthy. The extra white blood cells don’t work right.

TYPE OF CANCER

The four main types of leukemia are:

1.Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). This is the most common form of childhood leukemia. It can spread to your lymph nodes and central nervous system.
2.Acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). This is the second most common form of childhood leukemia and one of the most common forms for adults.
3.Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). This is the other most common form of adult leukemia. Some kinds of CLL will be stable for years and won’t need treatment. But with others, your body isn’t able to create normal blood cells, and you’ll need treatment.
4.Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). With this form, you might not have noticeable symptoms. You might not be diagnosed with it until you have a routine blood test. People 65 and older have a higher risk of this type.

CAUSES OF LEUKEMIA
No one knows exactly what causes leukemia. People who have it have certain unusual chromosomes, but the chromosomes don’t cause leukemia.

You can’t prevent leukemia, but certain things may trigger it. You might have a higher risk if you
1.Are exposed to a lot of radiation or certain chemicals
2.Had radiation therapy or chemotherapy to treat cancer
3.Have a family history of leukemia
4.Have a genetic disorder like Down syndrome.
5.smoke.

SYMPTOMS OF LEUKEMIA
1.Having fever đŸ„”
2.Chills
3.Loss of appetite
4.easy bleeding
5.Body ache
6.excess bleeding eg nose 👃,ear ,eye.
7.body ache
8.recurrent infection.

DIABETES
Diabetes is a condition that happens when your blood sugar (glucose) is too high. It develops when your pancreas doesn’t make enough insulin or any at all, or when your body isn’t responding to the effects of insulin properly.

LET ME EXPLAIN BETTER
Glucose (sugar) mainly comes from carbohydrates in your food and drinks. It’s your body’s go-to source of energy. Your blood carries glucose to all your body’s cells to use for energy.

When glucose is in your bloodstream, it needs help — a “key” — to reach its final destination. This key is insulin (a hormone). If your pancreas isn’t making enough insulin or your body isn’t using it properly, glucose builds up in your bloodstream, causing high blood sugar (hyperglycemia).
WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF DIABETES?
There are several types of diabetes. but we will discuss about the major .
1.TYPE 2 DIABETES: With this type, your body doesn’t make enough insulin and/or your body’s cells don’t respond normally to the insulin (insulin resistance). This is the most common type of diabetes. It mainly affects adults, but children can have it as well.
2.Prediabetes: This type is the stage before Type 2 diabetes. Your blood glucose levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be officially diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
3.Type 1 diabetes: This type is an autoimmune disease in which your immune system attacks and destroys insulin-producing cells in your pancreas for unknown reasons. Up to 10% of people who have diabetes have Type 1. It’s usually diagnosed in children and young adults, but it can develop at any age.
WE HAVE MORE BUT LET'S TALK ON ONLY THIS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT YOU TO BE BORED
What are the symptoms of diabetes?
Symptoms of diabetes include:

1.Increased thirst (polydipsia) and dry mouth.

2.Frequent urination.
3.Fatigue.
4.Blurred vision.
5.Unexplained weight loss.
6.Numbness or tingling in your hands or feet.
7.Slow-healing sores or cuts.
8.Frequent skin and/or vaginal yeast infections
