Procedure
*shred n wash d cabbage, wash d carrot n grate.
*cook d chicken n remove the skin,cut in to cubes or shred it (depends on ur taste)
*blend or dice ur Pepper with onions n fry with little oil, pour d diced chicken inside d frying pepper sauce, add ur seasonings .cook for 5mins n set aside
*fry ur sausage till golden brown
*mix ur cabbage, carrot, sweet corn, chicken pepper sauce n mayonnaise all together in a bowl
*place ur Lebanese bread on a flat surface n spread ur ketchup all over d bread den put ur mixture on one side of d bread n place one or two sausage on d mixture den roll over
*place ur frying pan on fire (non sticky frying pan)
*place d rolled bread inside the frying pan n press it for 2mins n turn over for d same minutes n remove from fire.
*repeat the same process for d rest of d bread.

The Puff of Cream Puff
Making cream puffs without cream!

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup all purpose flour
114 gr butter
4 eggs
2 tsp granulated sugar

Method
Pour the water, butter and sugar into a pot and cook them on a medium heat. Heat until the three ingredients are mixed or well combined.

Pour the flour into the pot and then mix the flour with the butter mixture. Mix them well until it turn into a paste, for about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl to cool it slightly, for about 5 minutes.
+
Add 4 eggs [one at a time] into the mixture and mix until it forms a sticky dough and holds a peak.

Transfer the dough into a piping bag and then pipe out the dough into a lined parchment paper. After piping all the dough out into the parchment paper, using your wet finger, pat down the peaks of the dough and then brush the top of it a little bit of butter or margarine.

Bake them for about 20-25 minutes at 375°F/190°C.
+
Let it cool, serve and enjoy!
