Arihilam Consulting The simple goal of our cognitive training is to help individuals achieve freedom from disorder and prevent relapse.

In private and corporate sessions, clients are aided with CBT and HRP tools to solve real-life concerns. Our therapists plan treatment on the basis of a cognitive formulation of the clients’ disorders and difficulties. A progressive framework is used to understand how life events and experiences led to the development of core beliefs, underlying assumptions, and coping strategies, particularly in patients with personality disorders. A strong therapeutic synergy is a key feature of our cognitive therapy. Our therapists/ trainers are highly collaborative and function as a team with patients. They provide rationales and seek patient's’ agreement when undertaking interventions. They make mutual decisions about how time will be spent in a session, which problems will be discussed, and which homework assignments patients believe will be helpful. Ultimately engaging patients in a process to investigate the validity of the patient’s thoughts and beliefs.

Mental health first aid.

Depression comes from a place of defining a disappointment or an issue that takes away your peace.

Some of the major symptoms are irritation, prolonged sadness, loss of appetite and eventually a raise in dissatisfaction with activities that would usually interest you.

Depression for most people set in when everything around begins to lose meaning.

If you want to succeed and live in peace.

1. Deliberately make up your mind about how you will handle offences, especially from those you trust.

2. Beware of familiarity with those you learn from because you might be tempted to take them for granted.

3. Talk less and hear more.More so, hear very clearly what is not said in voice you have 6 senses use them.

4. Honor people, especially your parents even if they don't deserve it.

Presuppositions that will alter your limiting beliefs

- The only way to service relationships is to treat others as they
will and not as you wish.

- All men are doing the best they can with what they know.

- Life is a gift warped with many occurrences; its beauty is
revealed by each unwrap.

- All you know is all you have ever learnt. But all you know is not
all there is to know.

- Your greatest weapon is your mind but its greatest enemy is
you.

- Opportunities do not come only once, but some opportunities
must be ceased in its lifetime.

- Readiness is vague, for clarity comes in the journey.
- Not everything matters equally, and what matters most
deserves the most attention.

- No one is self-made, know when to share it (your dreams) and
when to stay silent because no one truly knows anybody.

- There is no such thing as failure, life only gives feedback
