WHY DO YOU HAVE YELLOW £Y£S?!

Yellow eyes are not something to ignorė.
Jaundicė is a sign that something is wròng insïde your body and waiting too long can be dangėrous.

Please don’t assume it’s malarïa or typhoïd.
If you notice yellowing of the eyes or skin, go to the hospital early.

Sharė this because someone needs to see it today.

Trying to reduce sugar this month…not perfect yet but we move.

Part of my April fitness goals is making better choices, so I made a batch of fresh fruit juices to replace soft drinks with my meals.

Watermelon. Cucumber. Beets. Ginger. Carrots. Mangoes. Lemons. Oranges. My kitchen is now a juice factory today lol.

Romanticizing life also means choosing habits that take care of future you.

Episode 3 of Romanticizing April! See you in Ep 4😘

Avoid unnecessary conversations because you’re always in the bathroóm.

Stay hydrated. Don’t say I never did anything for you😌

Still smiling from this beautiful experiencė speaking with teenagers about health, hygiene, peer pressurė and relationshïps.

Moments like this remind me that medicinė is not only therapėutic but also preventivė.

May we never stop investïng in the next generation 🙏🏽

Realistic get ready with me because I was running late and didn’t even know if my camera was recording 😭

One thing on my April checklist is to go out more with friends and luckily my friend came to town.

Food ✔️
Ice cream ✔️
Gifts ✔️
Quality friendship time ✔️

What more could a girl want?

Sometimes romanticizing life simply means showing up for the people you love.

Episode 2 of Romanticizing April. See you in Ep 3… mwah 😘

I decided to romanticïze April!

Instead of waiting for life to feel excitïng, I’m going to create moments I enjoy but first, I’m cleaning my space and resetting my mind.

Today I checked off:
✅ Cleaning + Cleaning vlog (bonus)
✅ Reaching out to my uncles and aunties

Welcome to my Romanticizïng April series. Do come along with me 💗

Stress has a funny way of showing up where you least expect it.
You may not burst into tears or panïc but in the subtle (and not so subtle) ways your body calls for a break.
Mine hit me with eye twitches, skin breakouts and dry mouth. That was my body's way of saying, 'slow down, you can't keep pouring from an empty cup.'

It's not always easy to listen to those signals but it is very necessary. My book 'The Self-Care Blueprint' is a guide to recognizing signs that your body needs rest and it gives you practical ways to rest and recharge before stress takes over.
Because self care is survïval! Lïnk in bio and comments✨

You can use all the study techniques in the world but if your body is exhaustėd, your braïn won’t perform at its best.

That’s why an active lifestyle is part of studying smarter.

Your braïn is connected to your body and how you live affects how well you learn.

Here’s what makes a difference:
• Short walks help improve focus and memory
• Sleep helps your braïn process and store what you studied
• Eat well because your braïn needs fuel to function properly
• Too much stress blocks learning. Manage stressors!

You don’t need a perfect routine but you need to start caring for yourself.

Sometimes the smartest thing you can do for your studies is to step away from your books and take care of yourself.

Study smarter. Live better.
