REQUEST FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE BEMSA NATIONAL
CONSTITUTION
I Comr David Odeh Victor (BEMSA-ABU Zaria), propose a motion for amendment of the Constitution
of the Benue Medical and Dental Students’ Association (BEMSA National) as Reviewed and Adopted
on the 14th of June, 2025. I propose the amendment of the following sections:

IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF AULE ERNEST IORFA FOR CONSTITIONAL
BREACH AND ABUSE OF PRIVILEGE!!!

Following a thorough deliberation during our congress held on July 26, 2025, it is with a firm resolve that I, as the National President of BEMSA, announce the indefinite suspension of Aule Ernest lorfa (Matric Number: BSU/MBBS/18/1078) from our noble association.

This decision comes as a result of Mr. Ernest’s actions, which have been deemed to be in direct violation of our supreme constitution Article 7 Section B, Subsection 2. He has been found to engage in activities that cause factions/divisions in the association.

An Independent Investigation Panel has been convened to further examine the circumstances surrounding these actions. The suspension will remain in effect pending the outcome of this investigation.

- Member Affected: Aule Ernest Iorfa
- Matric Number: BSUMBBS/18/1078
- Reason: Breach of Constitution and actions causing conflict among members.
- Effective Date: Immediate
- Duration: Pending the outcome of the Independent Investigation Panel
