I sustained an ankle injury. But I was broke. I couldn't afford a standard hospital care so I resorted to traditional bone setters. They mismanaged my leg and the condition got worse.

I had to return to a standard hospital when there was no hope from these cruel people. The money I was initially avoiding to spend in a standard hospital became what I had to spend in double.

Not that I had to spend in double alone, the surgeons said I might not be able to walk well again because of the damage already caused by the traditional bone setters.

Please my people, avoid traditional bone setters by all means. Go to a standard health institution.

2. What quality of pillows do you rest your head on when you sleep?

3. Are your pillows too high or too low for your head?

4. Are you the type that operates your phone late into midnight while in bed?

It's good to always exercise to keep fit, but if you begin to experience pain in your chest during or after exercises, there are dangers you could be unaware of. Please do not continue with the exercises immediately you begin to experience chest pain.

Chest pain during exercises could be signs of๐Ÿ‘‰

1. Heart attack
2. Angina pectoris
3. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM
4. Asthma
5. Muscle strain and injuries

Make sure you stop that exercise and see a doctor immediately you begin to experience chest pain.

I want my FLAT TUMMY back!๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I used to have a flat tummy before I got married. My husband's admiration about my figure 8 boosts my energy every time. He even boasts that there would never be any reason for him to cheat on me so far I maintain my stature.

Long story cut short; every married woman's dream is to get pregnant and give birth; we didn't struggle with that, I had my first baby 2 years into our marriage. 5 months after delivery, my tummy refuses to go back to its flat nature ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I have used several tea mixtures, I have been careful with the things I eat, I even visited many gym centers but all to no avail. Until a friend told me I needed to see a Physiotherapist.

My story changed ever since I found a Physiotherapist that intervened into my critical situation.
