Invitation! Invitation!! Invitation!!!

The general public is hereby invited to the turbarning ceremony of the Founder/President of Asmau Foundation, Alhaji Sanusi Abubakar as the Turaki of Ebira land.

The high-powered turbaning event will be conducted by the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, His Royal Majesty, Alhaji (Dr.) Ado Ibrahim in appreciation of the immense contribution of Alhaji (Dr.) Sanusi Abubakar to the socioeconomic development of Ebira land.

Date: January 10th, 2015.

Venue: Azad Palace, Okene Kogi State.

Time: 10:00am prompt.

There will be a grand reception immidiately after the turbaning at the Ado Ibrahim Civic centre (Ebira Day ground), behind Dabras Hotel, Okene Kogi State.

Asmau foundation commences its annual Ramadan food distribution to Imams and over 300 other beneficiaries across Ebira land.

It's been 11 years since we embarked on this Ramadan project.

This year, we have expanded the scope to include all the first class chiefs and prominent Islamic organizations in Ebiraland including NASFAT, Salma Centre and other Islamic centres.

About 45% of the beneficiaries also receive Ramadan token (cash) while every single beneficiary whose food is not directly delivered at his stop by our transport gets transport fare to convey the goods to their various destinations.

Towards the end of Ramadan, another round of distribution is conducted as Sallah package while a special project tagged as Packs of Joy dedicated to the Less Privileged members of our community is delivered on Sallah (Eid) day

URGENT APPEAL

We just recieved this emergency appeal and decides to share with the public for possible support:
Dearest brothers and sisters, Pls let's help one of our own, an Ebira Woman diagnosed of breast cancer is suffering at Abuja National Hospital. She's now squatting under the hospital stair case at the outpatient ward close to maternity unit.
They have been advised to open a bank account for possible assistance, especially for her welfare and medical needs as she's poor and helpless.
Please let us provide her with whatever assistance we can afford through:

Join us as we sympathise with the founder/president of Asmau Foundation, Alhaji Sanusi Abubakar over the death of his father, Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu (Abu Inihaya) who died yesterday in Okene.

We pray that almighty God rest his gentle soul in perfect peace and accord his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
