Could remember vividly the first time he walked into our pharmacy session looking for one Shirley like that …

Looking at his skin,we counsel him on the right treatment his skin needs ;that is not Shirley or whatever as this would worsen the situation.He left that day and later came in to start the right procedure that his skin really need.

We understand reason why people may leave their skin until this bad could be because of lack of knowledge and ignorance,wrong advice by unprofessional personell for eg you enter market and they will mix a cream for you to use which turn back to damage your skin more .

We have had several cases ,but those Shirley you buy cost even small money ;by the time it finish damaging your skin ;you must run back to start treating the skin which even cost more .Something you should have prevented initially by using the right skin products cause to be honest with you ,your skin is an organ .

Please note that Whatever you use on it ,if it is good your skin will absorb it and be happy ;if is bad it reports negatively.

He had done only two sessions of NDyAG QSWITCHED laser procedure as well as curated proffeesional skin care products as prescribed by physician and he still need more sessions for complete eradication of pigment.

This condition is known as EXogenous Ochronosis (EO) is a dermal pigmentation disorder . A stubborn pigmentary Disorder as a result of use of bleaching creams ,sun exposure .

This Condition only improves with right treatment ,with the right treatment ,this dermal discoloration will be completely cleared as seen in this video .

It is also good to note that Topicals such as creams and chemical peels are ineffective and would Infact worsen this situation.

This kind of hyperpigmentation only responds to Proffeesional Lasers .At our practice we use a third generation 1064Ndyag laser with adaptive structured pulse of Qswitched laser to tackle this type of hyperpigmentation.

You remember in olden days when you hear stories like a woman who gave birth to 10 children and lost all the children? ,those stories we all believed it was spiritual or some ghost are taking the children one by one ,
