👋 Orphenadrine (Orphetab) is a medication used to treat muscle spasms, pain, and stiffness, often caused by musculoskeletal conditions like muscle strains or spasticity. It works as a muscle relaxant, acting on the central nervous system.
*Who should NOT take Orphenadrine:*
- People with glaucoma
- Those with urinary retention (e.g., prostate issues)
- Patients with certain heart conditions (e.g., arrhythmias)
- Individuals allergic to it
- Pregnant/breastfeeding women (unless prescribed)
- Children under 12 years old
*Important notes for safe use:*
- Use only as prescribed by a doctor
- Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants
- Monitor for side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, or dry mouth
