Do you have a nagging headache on waking up? Don't stand up at once; you may feel dizzy. In a sitting position, take at least five DEEP BREATHS before standing. Both headache and dizziness are likely to disappear. If possible, always try to sleep on your left side to facilitate breathing. Shortage of oxygen to the brain is a common cause of early morning headache. Enjoy your sleep this week.
