Advice to All Pregnant Women
Dear beautiful mothers-to-be,
Pregnancy is a special journey ,a time when your body, mind, and spirit work together to bring forth new life.
Here are a few reminders to guide you through it:
1. Attend all your antenatal visits β never skip them. Early detection of any issue can save your life and your babyβs.
2. Eat nutritious meals β your baby depends on what you eat. Choose fresh fruits, vegetables, protein-rich foods, and stay hydrated.
3. Rest well β your body is doing amazing work. Listen to it and take breaks when you need to.
4. Avoid self-medication β always consult your healthcare provider before taking any drug or herbal remedy.
5. Stay positive and reduce stress β peace of mind helps both you and your baby.
6. Prepare for childbirth β learn about labour, breathing techniques, and baby care. Knowledge reduces fear.
7. Trust your body β it was created to do this. Surround yourself with love, support, and faith.
