Dear Parent,
Oya look at your child's teeth this morning.
Do they look stained or dirty despite brushing?

Now let me ask
Do you give drugs off prescription?

Then you may be the culprit.

I should hate Banana!

Remember the saying.
An Apple a day keeps the doctor away.
And you expect me to like
apple and apple sellers?

See your life.
I don't like them.
Nothing personal.
Purely business.
Think about it na....Are they fair to me?

But looks like , I have been hating
the wrong people.
It should actually have been those selling banana.
Studies show bananas to be one of the
silver bullets when it comes to health.

Amongst others.
Bananas generate energy with no worries of fat and cholesterol​.
They can aid digestion.
Potassium in banana is good for your heart health and blood pressure.
Manganese in banana is also good for your skin.

Bananas are good sources of vitamin C.
They are also one of the best fruit sources of vitamin B6 and theirs is easily absorbed.

The new mantra should actually now be a banana a day keeps the doctor away.

So.

If your children eat banana daily.
They can't be my friends.
You also can't be my friend.

Nothing personal ...just business.

Tonsillitis simply put is the enlargement of the tonsils.
Tonsils are the two round fleshy masses in the back of the throat( also called Pharynx)

Who does it affect: Tonsillitis or Pharyngotonsilitis usually affects only Children ( it can present in adult as sorethroat)

Causes: Tonsillitis happens when a bacterial introduce to the mouth by;
1) Children picking things from the ground and putting into the mouth
2) Can be gotten from kissing frm adult
3) Poor mouth hygiene, when you dont take care of baby's mouth and tongue.

How will you know a child have Tonsillitis:
1) Child refuses to eat as normal.
2) Constant high fever
3) Deep snoring while sleeping

Treatment: Medical and Surgical
Advice: When you notice the aboved mentioned, quickly take your child to see a doctor for further evaluation.
