I love my job because nature decides everything that happens and that makes it interesting. The bees make honey with the plants they can find, the climate change has affected the availablity of some of those plants and that has caused a change in their output. I have been studying the behavior of the bees to see if this has affected their health since honey is their food and medicine but they are as strong as ever.
When we allow nature to be nature, every it brings remain natural.
For me, every trip to the beehive is like a su***de mission but the reward makes seem like a trip to disneyland.
*Bees should agressive
* Bees should not be fed with sugar or fed at all, they can take care of themselves if we let them.
*Bees must be protected
* Honey should be sold raw and unprocessed
* The quality of honey cannot be judged by its texture.
* Nature must be preserved

Always store honey in room temperature. Ants might eat your honey but your honey will not crystallize quickly. A little charity isn’t so bad though, the ants will be grateful to you😋.
