Natural Hair Growth Tips

Hello! Let’s talk about natural hair growth.

First, how does hair grow?
Hair grows from the root in the follicle under your skin. On average, hair grows about one centimeter per month, or six inches per year. Growth depends on genes, age, health, and care routine.

Now, natural ways to support hair growth:

One, scalp care. Keep your scalp clean and healthy. Massage gently with your fingertips. This increases blood flow and delivers nutrients to your hair roots.

Two, nutrition. Eat protein-rich foods like eggs, beans, fish, and chicken. Add vitamins and minerals: biotin from eggs and nuts, vitamin C from oranges and berries, vitamin D from sunlight and fatty fish, iron from spinach and lentils, and zinc from pumpkin seeds and chickpeas.

Three, natural oils. Apply oils to your scalp two to three times weekly. Coconut oil nourishes. Castor oil thickens. Olive oil moisturizes. Rosemary oil improves circulation and can stimulate growth. With this combination, you can have a well nourish, thicker and moisturize growing hair.

How to use it: get 125ml of Olive oil and add 30ml of each of the above oils to it. There you have a simple yet effective natural oil for your hair growth.

Four, healthy habits. Drink enough water. Reduce stress. Sleep well. Avoid smoking and too much alcohol.

And five, protective practices. Limit harsh chemicals and heat. Don’t pull your hair too tightly. Use silk or satin pillowcases to reduce friction.

In short: feed your body right, keep the scalp healthy, and protect your strands.
