LET'S TALK ABOUT VITAMIN D

Vitamin D has anti-proliferative properties. It reduces the growth of cells that form fibroids. It also affects fibroids by modulating hormone activity, especially estrogen which plays a role in fibroids growth.

Vitamin D has been found to inhibit angiogenesis, the process by which new blood vessels form, by preventing new blood vessels from forming. It can reduce the nutrient and oxygen available to fibroids, potentially slowing or stopping thier growth.

Vit D reduces collagen buildup ( fibroids are collagen rich tumors) and slows fibroid cell multiplication.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR CERVICAL MUCUS

LITTLE OR NO EGG-WHITE CERVICAL MUCUS

Cervical mucus is the natural vaginal discharge that changes throughout your cycle.

What Happens During Ovulation?

As ovulation approaches, estrogen rises and causes discharge that is:

📌Clear

📌Slippery

📌Stretchy (like raw egg white)

This mucus:

👉Protects s***m

👉Helps s***m swim easily

👉Increases chances of fertilization

🚩 What If You Don’t See It?

If you notice:

👉Dryness during your fertile window

👉Thick, sticky, or creamy discharge only

👉No noticeable discharge at all

It may indicate:

📌Low estrogen

📌Poor egg development

📌Dehydration

📌Hormonal imbalance

What Can Reduce Egg-White Mucus?

👉Not drinking enough water

👉Stress

👉Hormonal contraceptives (current or recent use)

👉Vaginal infections

👉Poor nutrition

💗 Gentle Reminder

Not seeing egg-white discharge does not automatically mean you are not ovulating, but it can be a helpful clue your body needs support.

LET'S TALK ABOUT IRREGULAR MENSTRUAL CYCLES

A menstrual cycle is counted from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period.

✔️ What Is Considered Normal?

A healthy cycle usually falls between 28–35 days and stays fairly consistent every month.

🚩 What Is Irregular?

Your cycle may be irregular if:

*👉Your period comes early this month and very late the next

👉You sometimes skip months entirely

👉Your cycle length keeps changing (e.g. 24 days → 38 days → 29 days)

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT OVULATION?

Ovulation normally happens about 14 days before your next period. When cycles are irregular:

👉Ovulation may be delayed

👉Ovulation may happen randomly

👉Ovulation may not happen at all in some cycles

🚩 This makes it hard to know your fertile window and reduces chances of conception.

COMMON CAUSES

📌Hormonal imbalance (estrogen & progesterone)

📌Stress and lack of sleep

📌Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS)

📌Thyroid issues

📌Sudden weight gain or loss

Follow this page if you want to know how to balance your hormones and ovulate naturally.
