๐ Does Love Fade? ๐
Love doesn't just wake up one day and disappear. It changes.Sometimes it gets neglected, gets tired, and if no one fights for it, it slowly loses its fire . Think of it like a flame that needs fuel to keep burning . Without effort, attention, and care, it dims and can eventually go out. The beauty of love is that it can grow, but it needs effort from both people involved. When you stop putting in the work, love doesn't necessarily die, but it changes. love doesn't fade in a blink. It fades slowly, often without you noticing . It's in the little things โ the lack of communication, the ignored gestures, the unsaid words . And if no one stops to think, "Hey, what's going on here?" , it can slip away.
What fades isn't love itself; it's the effort, attention, and spark . But when two people are committed to making it work, love can withstand anything ๐ช. It can go through ups and downs
Take the story of a couple who've been together for years. They used to plan surprise dates, cook dinner together, and leave sweet notes for each other ๐. But life got busy, work got demanding, and they started taking each other for granted . They stopped making time for date nights, stopped saying "I love you" as often, and just existed in the same space . One day, they realized they were just roommates sharing a life, not a love. They chose to fight for it, started putting in the effort
Another example is like a phone battery . You charge it, and it works fine. But if you don't charge it for days, it dies . You can revive it with a charge, but if you keep ignoring it, it'll eventually be dead . Love needs that charge the little things, the effort, the care ๐.
Love is a choice โ It's not always easy, but it's worth it. So, here are the questions: If you were to look back on your life 5 years from now, what would you regret more the love you let fade, or the love you fought for?
What's the most important thing you have learned about love from ur experience?
