I think I've come to understand that the absence of sleep, good diet, exercise, relaxation and time with friends and family isn't something to be applauded.

Too many people wear their "Burnout" as a badge of honour. And it needs to change.

I don’t know if it’s God testing my patience but if it is, I pray this test becomes a testimony.

I’m so tired of being sad, tired of being frustrated, I’m tired of complaining of the same thing.

I just want to be happy.

Working hard is not easy walahi

A lot of things has pushed me to my limit.
From delivery issues
To the frustrating hike in everything.
To the need to become better.
Phew

I'm tired.
I've not slept o .

I have not been able to make new products due to lack of raw materials & packaging materials.
I've cried my eyes out all last week.

I'm broken but I know this phase will pass
I've struggled to keep the prices of goods at the lowest possible prices but it's hard

I know they say show up; keep posting; I know my customers want to see me show here everyday but I'm tired please

What Products Do You Actually Need In Your Skin Care Routine after recovering from Illness?

It's a commonly asked question: "Which products are actually necessary for me right now?"

There are literally so many different products to choose from when it comes to skin care, but, especially when you're just starting out, all you need are the basics.

Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing, & SPF.
(And pre-cleansing on makeup days 👍🏻)

Focus on these main steps at first, and no, you don't need separate products for day and night.
In the morning, use a gentle cleanser, a balancing toner, and a light moisturizer, followed by an SPF.

In the evening, it's best to pre-cleanse with an oil based cleanser/balm, then use your normal cleanser, toner, and follow with your moisturizer.

Once you establish your foundational routine, you can go into looking at products that are really targeting your concerns so you can get super results-focused with everything. Things like serums, exfoliants, masks, and treatments, etc.

But the most important thing, (that a lot of people often skip, especially when first starting out), is establishing that basic routine that you know is absolutely working for you, before adding in anything more.

I hope that helps those of you may need to know exactly what you need at this point. :)
