ALWAYS BE Active (FROM NAPHTALI PHYSIOTHERAPY AND WELLNESS CLINIC LTD)
Most people feel because of their present predicaments, physical challenge or inactiveness or inability to use certain part of their body is reason enough to live a dormant life style. Such kind of behaviour will make you become a burden not just to those around you but to yourself as well. You weren’t born with such disability, sickness or bodily mishap it just started all of a sudden which should prove to you that the same way it started it’s also the way it will leave but you have a major role to play.
It doesn’t matter the condition that challenge has rendered you there are various ways to be active thus building back that lost strength needed to move that part of your body or to put end the pain which has made you not to be able to go about your daily routine the way you should. If you can’t move at all and you’re lying down try and focus your energy to every part of your body especially vital thoughts (your thinking part of the brain known as the cerebrum) and the muscles which are the pathway to regaining movement. Despite the fact that you are receiving necessary treatment if you don’t feel yourself getting back to your feet then it’s pointless.
If you can sit but can’t stand then in that seated position radiate the impulses across your joints, build strength in your hips by simply stretching it, use a wall or stick to help you maintain balance.
In case your own condition has made movement difficult due to pains or any other causes but you can stand or do some voluntary action, this shouldn’t be an avenue for you to relax waiting for that issue to subside before you engage in your routine rather keep up with whatever you are doing.
If you can crawl see yourself walking, if you can walk see yourself running, if you can run see yourself jumping and you'll surely get well.
