REDUNDANT
Considering that challenge a redundant thing is the best way to bringing an end to its reign in your life. Though you might still be feeling the pain, despair, discomfort, agony, you might still be limited in handling some basic activities which you normally engage with ease. This shouldn't be an avenue to complain just see every difficulty as something that is no longer needed or useful in your body. Whatever awful experience your battling with is not a threat but a testimony and for the fact that it couldn't take away your life means there's hope of total recovery and waking up every morning to face it brings you one step closer to ending it.

NAPHTALI PHYSIOTHERAPY WEEKEND
Don't say:
- It's just a normal body pain or headache
- The pain is mild and it will subside
- I can endure the pain for the time being without any treatment
- If I just take pain killer drugs I will be fine
- I don't need any attention from any healthcare personnel
- I can treat myself without interventions from professionals
- When I sleep and wake up I'll be alright and the pain will disappear
- My case cannot be attended to
- There's no hope for what am going through
- Seeking medical attention is so expensive and I'll rather spend on food that treatment
- Eating body building food will keep me in good shape and reduce the risk of getting into any physical challenge.
- Eating fruits will prevent any medical condition.
Well you might be right and wrong at the same time but for you to enjoy a lengthy and healthy life you must live a balanced lifestyle.

Despite all the health hazards we might be facing most times what we truly need is a little bit of relaxation and time out to focus on other things of uttermost importance unlike abandoning everything meaningful.

Most people feel because of their present predicaments, physical challenge or inactiveness or inability to use certain part of their body is reason enough to live a dormant life style. Such kind of behaviour will make you become a burden not just to those around you but to yourself as well. You weren’t born with such disability, sickness or bodily mishap it just started all of a sudden which should prove to you that the same way it started it’s also the way it will leave but you have a major role to play.

HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO ENDURE IN OTHER TO ENJOY?
The road to recovery and total wellness is dependent on your zeal to overcome having in mind that recovery don't just manifest it takes certain steps and processes all levied at your willingness to endure.
If its actually possible to exchange your current self for a better version I believe everyone would have chosen that option but it not magic or something that occurs naturally except by divine intervention. How's your comfort zone like especially when faced with challenging situations posing a threat to your health and well-being. Are you a type that ignore something that doesn't feel right in your body hoping with time it will just go on its own or are you a type that pretend nothing is wrong even when you're finding it difficult to go about your normal activities or do you face that challenge head on making sure its properly taken care of and putting necessary preventive measures in place to stop future occurance.
To know clearly where you belong has to do with your comfort zone or your willingness to endure whatever harsh conditions associated with putting an end to that health situation which is determined by your desire to get well or do you wish to remain in that comfortable position you are in hoping it subsides hoping it eventually disappears.
The truth is nothing will happen if you don't take positive step to put an end to that health challenge because waiting for it to go is just as trowing away something very precious and you might never get back which is your very own life. Most times we spend more time taking care of our skin, eating good food but we forget the most important aspect of our health and well-being which is exercise. That little stretch which you are reluctant to engage in might be the relief you seek.
In as much as healthy food is important, we should never neglect the fact that our bones which aids us to do things with ease needs to be fed and stretched. Simple things like taking a walk or stroll for long or short distance, jugging, running can be of great help and benefit to our well being.
Another simpler and very efficient exercise can be achieved by just sitting on a chair and raising your hands and legs while maintaining such position for some time before releasing yourself from that position after repeating for at least 10 times.
Remember staying fit is very necessary and important as staying alive.

Are you having issues coping with pain especially when it's a chronic condition, well here are some tips on how to deal with such issue.

- Take deep breathe always
- Cut down on stressful activities
- Excercise always if the pain increases stop the activity briefly.
- Aviod taking alcohol
- Express your condition with others and learn from them on how they cope with theirs.
- Do not smoke.
